good work not good at communication

I had a tile roof, replaced after 32 years due to a small leak. I looked at 5 roofers and decided to choose GetcoastalExteriors due to their desire to do whatever the customer needed to get the job done! My family and I were so impressed with the willingness of the owner Terry to listen and then do whatever we were concerned about to take care of it. He took time going over the entire procedure , explaining in detail what would happen and How it would happen. His main staff were all eager to please going be on expectations! If something occured that required repair, it got done. The quote for the job was not the lowest, however their eagerness to do things well and right was what has us choose them. I am satisfied with my choice , if you choose hem, Iâ m pretty sure you would be too!

I want to say that the rep with get Coastal Exteriors, Dave Seegers, was Head and Shoulders above his competition. He was honest and did a great job. I would recommend him and get Coastal Exteriors to everyone.

Very good, very good

A little slow on getting permits. Weather did delay start as well. Quote was a little confusing, ended up higher than expected, but was in line with other quotes. Got job done quickly and efficiently. Good guarantee.

So far so good with the timing of this project

Our roof looks awesome! We had a slight problem but they came out immediately and took care of it. All of the employees got back to us s immediately when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the roofing system. There were a couple of small issues that were addressed immediately and with no questions. Would highly recommend using Get Coastal Exteriors!!

The process was thorough, and pricing for materials vs labor was fair or in line with market value and local competitors. Customer service was great and they always kept in communication.

We accepted there well developed proposal for the scope of work to be accomplished. They have been professional, responsive and effective communicators.

The job estimate was very reasonable compared to others. Andre explained the different roof colors, grade of wood quality used to replace the bad wood. He took pictures of the old roof, then aftet the new roof completion took a final picture. He explained what material was needed forthe back roof to be pitched up for the rain to drain off the roof. The work was done in a few days, with the workers working steadily to complete the job. The clean up was done well. The only issue was a small b white fence for the left side entersnce to the house the 2 lose fence tops got thrown away when the roofers took the old roof materials away. We forgot to take the fence tops off and saw they were missing after the roof completion. The roof looks very good with the new wood that was replace for the old rotting wood. One of the workers took pictures of the back big piece of rotting old wood that was almost ready to cave in. He said the old roof was saveable being that it was caught in time. The difference fee added to first quote was reasonable. The communication was good everything aadded fees came up all along the new roof repair. Andre took pictures of the lroof layout from the beginning to the finishing of the new roof put on the house. I would recommend Coastal Exterior Roofing as the best company over other roofing companies.when talking about a new house) roof. Thank you Coastal Roofing again.

I had to call after the 20 day period to get work going, otherwise work was done super fast once started. Good quality work.

Started out with incompetent workers, showing up days after scheduled, then taking shingles off and not being prepared for rain. Thousands in damage to the interior my house. Had water coming out of light fixtures and ac vents and quite a bit of drywall damage. The roof did not pass inspection once they finished . So they had to come out again to fix that. Then a few weeks later had water running down our wall from the area around the chimney not being sealed properly. Had different workers come out to fix it and ended up having to redo a large portion of the chimney area. Now part of the roof is sagging and nobody wants to address it so thankfully there is a warranty and I do not have to deal with them anymore. If you have to deal with the owner good luck. Mike will be more than happy to lecture you about being unhappy with a flooded house than hire competent staff or own up to his own inability to effectively run a company. It has been the worst experience with the most incompetent people. If there is a dispute about the accuracy of my review, I am happy to provide the photo and video evidence of the unfortunate events.

These guys said they would give me a quote but never sent it after multiple phone calls. A waste of my time.

Professional, competent crew, excellent materials, completed in timely fashion and cleaned up as they went!

Communication is awful. Put a tpo on my Florida room and covered up my gutters and screws came thru my ceiling inside the Florida room. They walked on the roof which they know you cant because it pushes the panels inside resulting in some of them being all bent. Took that down now my built in gutters have holes in them. Put a different roof on now water goes over gutter. The fascia in back instead of two pieces there is three. No truck was here to put all the trash in from taking down the tpo roof just thru trash all over and then they left it there until 7pm. I have pictures of everything. No response from owner.
