C & S focuses on the repair, renovation and "upgrading" of single family residences and, in particular, condominiums. Our tradesmen are fully experienced in working within empty or "lived in" residences. We have particular expertise in working with "absentee" owners, often completing entire projects utilizing only internet communication.

I can not say enough great things about Steve and his work!! He is a great individual to work with and patient with our design process!!  We started with an empty shell of an older house and, with his help, he turned it into to great home, helping us to navigate numerous obsticles, both regulatory and design, to enable us to accomplish our design dream.  He a joy to work with and extremely trustworthy.  He will do what he says he will, and tell you what he can't.  We have maintained contact since completion of the project and enjoy knowing him.  I would recommend his services to any of my friends and family.
