It went well. The design/sales consultant came over to identify options, then help us choose material. There were limited options for what we wanted, but we were able to find something, even though our first choice ended up being discontinued in a large enough span. The consultant came back out to help us find another choice. Installation occurred about one month later and went without a hitch. The product is high quality and operating well.

Had some problems with blinds (MFG problem). Throughout the dealing with budget blinds the phone calls and visits were so pleasant-never once felt I was the problem. Took care of everything quick and problem solved, which wasn't even their fault, all with great professionalism. Thank you !

Gretchen came out to show samples & measure windows. 8 WKs later Jason came out on time to install 3 1/2 hrs later the windows look beautiful. Jason also cleaned up. And ordered another shutter for the bath.
