The technician was very friendly.

This company was the first company who contacted me almost immediately after my request on Home Advisor. I was able to set an appt for the next day. The Plumber was on time, professional, and had the repair fixed in less than an hour. The usual basic service fee was waived. I have no idea if it was the best price but it appears to be fixed and has a 2-year warranty.

I had a "toilet emergency" and Benjamin Franklin sent a terrific young man after hours to fix the problem for me. I couldn't be more grateful for his professionalism.

I had an "old school" plumber "John" from Nashville, TN. He was all business, knew his stuff and did not try to up-sell me. Called to say he was coming, was early which is great, did his job and I'm happy it's fixed. If not, I have a 2 year warranty on the work. Would definitely recommend.

I told them the manifold was broken and my water was off for the whole house. They could've told me I could shut the water off at the manifold by screw in two screws, but they didn't. They made a service call for $129 and that s all they did. I could've done that. To properly repair it they did not have the parts, and it was going to be $779. I'm not hiring them to do that. It's way too much.

Colin Coolhuck was the plumber who came. He arrived sooner than expected and worked quite a while. He finally got the drain running well despite the mashed potatoes clogging the disposal and drain pipe. He was very personable and it was a pleasur to work with .

This was the second service man. He had to come out and fix the faucet as the first person had not installed the faucet correctly. They came out right away at no charge.
