We chose this company because the original plumber who came to assess seemed competent and reassuring that he could fix problems. Two days later he no longer worked for company. When we finally got new technician price was significantly higher. Then our credit card was charged for multiple deposits and services. Had to dispute $1500 through credit card company. Products installed were not those specifIed. Company has refused to provide itemized receipt for products and labor. When you call, you can only reach scheduling department. We were never able to reach accounting department despite repeated requests. So we have no warranty for the products installed and paid $3500.

Professional, timely, and does great work.

I hired Ben Franklin Plumbing to replace the existing kitchen faucet with one we had purchased. The company was quick to phone me and schedule an appointment. The plumber did replace the faucet. However, it did not work reliably. He left by handing me a card from Delta which came in the box and telling me I could call them if I had any problems. When he left, the faucet did not work, so I did call Delta. We were able to successfully troubleshoot and fix the problem. I paid $275 for this service, and the plumber should have done that but could not be bothered. I would not recommend this company.

He showed up on time. He had to go to Home Depot for a part that costs under$18. The 30 minute RT took over an hour. Was told that the visit would cost $59 to enter my home. The total bill was $195. Way too expensive! The plumber was very nice, however, I will not use them again because of cost.

They did a good job but I think $515.00 was too much.

We had multiple problems and he diagnosed the reasons and suggested ways to fix problems. Exactly what we needed
