The men that came to my home were professional, friendly, clean and got right to work. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had several small plumbing issues. I had water stains in the pantry below my master shower, and 2 faucet issues. Paul was prompt, evaluated the problems, and remedied them quickly and efficiently. He needed a valve for one faucet and was back in an hour with the part to complete the job. I would definitely recommend him and will call him the next time I have a plumbing issue. He even gave me the name of an electrician to handle a minor electrical issue.

The tech was quick, nice and very young. The job was not completed to my satisfaction! The faucet in the master bath dripped. The tech replaced a seal which stopped the leak, but us now so tight, I have to use two hands to turn of and on or change from cold to hot! I gave arthritis in my hands and this is a problem! Also, he was to repair or replace the kitchen sink sprayer, which didn't work. He just replaced the sprayer head, and said it didn't dfix the problem then suggested I buy a new hose then replace it myself! I read online that the problem was likely a switch at the base of the faucet
