Quality work by a quality company! I highly recommend them. They were actually early and completed the job quickly. They were friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to have them handle the job. I had a hot water heater repaired and they gave me a full and complete accounting of what I needed and what they did.

Their rates are extremely high (they compare their rates "nation wide," rather than vs local companies. And although they completed the repair, they did not complete the project, nor did they contact me to complete it.

Chris did an excellent installation and also explained what all the pipes under the sink were for. He also told us that whoever did the original install did a superior job. That was good to know.

We had the plumbing under the kitchen sink completely replaced because it was never properly installed and caused ongoing problems. The work done was excellent. The plumber completely cleaned everything up after completion of the work.
