John was very professional and answered all of my questions. They group repairs into set prices. This makes small repairs like mine too expensive. The real problem I had was after going on line to HomeAdvisor I got a call right back from Franklin and made an appointment. No one showed up so I called Franklin directly and they said that I had not made an appointment. Where the mistake was I don't know bbut I waited through the 4 hour window waiting then had to make another appointment.
