***WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS**** We called them about a small amount of moisture in our back bedroom. They said we had a cracked slab and "slab leak". They recommended re-piping our whole house to a tune of $5000. We are seniors, but not stupid. We called a leak detection company who came out and told us we didn't have a plumbing leak at all. No cracked slab, no slab leak, just some seepage from where the sprinkler system hits the house. This is the second bad experience we have had with this company. If I could give them negative stars I would!!

I was referred from site at 8am, they called right away and scheduled apt for same day 10am to 12pm - tech called at 9am and said he was in neighborhood - job done by 11am - awesome job, awesome service! John was the tech.

The people were very nice, polite, and punctual. That's all I can say. They charged me WAAAY too much AND I had to hire another person to clean up their mess.

We had a 2pm appointment, and they called to let me know they had an earlier time, if I wanted, which I did. He was on time, and quick to fix the problem. He was very nice, and very clear on the work he was doing, the warranty, and the payment.

Staff at Benjamin Franklin kept me informed about my appointment and the tech was extremely good. Very satisfied with the repairs made.

They are very professional. They informed me of the best product for my project and did the job when they said they would. They kept me informed and sent me pictures of my completed project since I live out of state.

We needed the O rings replaced and the bases resealed to the floors. Tech insisted that he could replace the toilet and do the seals and the O rings for the same price it would cost to do just the O rings and seals. Then there was a mix up as to who was going to go and pick up the toilet and the first guy didn't come back to do the job. Another tech did and knew nothing about what the first tech promised. It ended up costing way more than it should have.

Showed up on time

I thought the repair was extremely expensive but I needed and wanted it done so I used them. Next time I need something I will take more time and look for a less expensive company. The gentleman who did the repair was excellent and very nice. The work was done well. That was not the problem. The problem was just the expense.

Very timely, professional and knowledgeable. Found problem fixed it, explained all he did and was very pleasant. Would definitely use again.

The work was done efficiently, however, replacing a wax ring and new water connection was so not a $275.00 job! Much overpriced. The person doing the work apologized and said he didn't set the rates. The girl would not give me an estimate or cost range on the phone and did say that it would be $59 for just having someone show up to tell me what I already knew. I don't fault the worker just the tactics of the company. I think this job should have been around $150. It was an hours worth of work and perhaps $15 in supplies. I know because I do some of my own work. I would have tackled it myself but I didn't think I'd be able to successfully pull up the toilet. I am a 66 year old woman and a caregiver for my husband with Parkinson's.

On time, professional service. Very pleased with service.
