Original appointment was missed most likely due to a breakdown in communication with Home Advisor. Called to reschedule and a technician was there the following morning. Fast service on initial call and estimate.

The work was excellent and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought it was a little expensive for replacing a small part. But I am not familiar with plumbing repair prices.

They couldn't tell me what was the time frame they could come. They couldn't tell me how much will cost me. I needed someone to come urgently, so when the young men came and told me how much it would be, I have no choice, I just paid whatever he asked me to pay. They are good and quick, solved my problem but they were too expensive.

The overall appointment process was quick and straight forward. Their representative called ahead to say he was on time. Once arrived, he listened to my issue, assessed the possibilities of a leak and concluded that no leak was present after checking a few areas of the home. I’d definitely call them again!
