Excellent hiring them again when I have to move my office

I have moved many, many times in my life, and I have to say that, without fail, this is the best company I've ever moved with. The moving guys were professional and incredibly nice. I was still scrambling to pack and tape a few last-minute boxes when they arrived, but they said not to worry about it and took everything, even if it was loose.
There was a mix-up with how many trucks and men were supposed to come (we were supposed to have 2 trucks and 4 movers, but only one truck and 3 movers came); however, Pat (the owner) was apologetic for the mix-up and made sure the extra truck and extra guy showed up in a timely manner. This is what customer service is all about, and this company's customer service is outstanding.
They walked through the house with us to make sure they took everything after all of our stuff was loaded onto the trucks. Then, they walked through our new house with us after they unpacked to make sure all of our boxes were in the right rooms. What moving company ever does that?! None that I have ever had!
They were incredibly careful not to bang into walls moving out or moving in, and I have never had so few nicks on my furniture in any move. When they placed the furniture in the living room, they told me they would put it down in a particular place, and if we didn't like it there, they would move it. They did. They also moved a piece of furniture out of my daughter's room when we saw that it wouldn't fit.
I highly recommend this company. I used them because of the reviews on Angie's List and their BBB rating, so I would like to add my recommendation here, also. They far surpassed our expectations for movers.

Crew of 7 guys - very professional and very careful. They did an amazing job - I could not say enough about this company. They are a family owned business. They are great for moving high end belongings and furniture. Great communication - the owner is great to deal with. The owner's name is Pat.

Overall it went very well.Pat estimated the job. The estimate turned out to be low, however there were reasons. I failed to show him some of the storage areas so he missed some items. Also, due to the tropical storm threat he added an extra man to the crew in case they had to dodge rain. Other than that it went very well. They sent 2 trucks and a 5 man crew. They began at about 9:30 AM and worked straight through until about 5:30 PM. It turned out that they could not get everything on the two trucks in one load so 2 men and one truck returned to finish it up. All the crew worked very hard and as far as I saw only took a lunch break which was off the clock. We had pre-packed as much as possible so they had to do minimal packing. The only damage was one minor scratch which was easily repairable by us. The crew was very professional and polite. We would recommend them.

All the Right Moves made my relocation easy!

When shopping for relocation services, they responded quickly to my request. (I left several messages for other groups and never heard back!) They drove to my location at a time convenient for me and conducted a walk through in order to properly estimate the move. The desired schedule was discussed, and they were able to accommodate each phase as it best suited me.

I promptly received a not-to-exceed estimate which was directly in-line with national firms. The advantages over their competition, as I saw them, were: I had personally met the driver and I could directly control my schedule. The driver of your possessions can make or break the moving experience. I've heard horror stories of drivers demanding additional monies when delivering due to unknown details like a second store! I felt much more comfortable about such things having shaken hands with the key individual.

The loading day was executed without issue. All items were quickly and efficiently loaded on the truck. They were properly packed, and I felt no concern as I watched my possessions pull out of the driveway. With the house empty, I was able to complete the cleaning process effectively.

All the Right Moves transported the items and the car the following day and finally delivered the cargo the third morning, Sunday. Once again the team worked quickly and methodically. Care was taken with all items, and there was never a complaint about taking things to the 3rd story of my new townhome. And after the boxes and furniture was unloaded, the team asked if they could assist in moving anything to another location or otherwise aid in making the unpacking process easier.

I truly could not be more pleased with the experience. It was all handled with extreme professionalism and care, while I received a fair and comparable price. I'm extremely pleased that I chose All the Right Moves for the important task of transporting all of my worldly possessions!

Easy and quick.

They are very wonderful. Family owned and operated. They work carefully and efficiently. I would use them again in the future.
