The bathroom transformation was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Before the remodeling, the master bathroom was very outdated and the lighting was terrible. Now the bathroom looks like you stepped into the Resort Hotel, very classey.

John and the entire crew at Villa’s Construction and Remodeling are TOP NOTCH! We just completed a second renovation with them and we are still 100% satisfied. Amazing attention to detail, great communication, and even design skills to help you plan the perfect renovation. This time we had our upstairs flooring redone, our master bathroom turned into a luxury spa, and our master bedroom and closets that now look like a professional closet company came in and designed them. We told him what our vision was and he easily made it come to life. Planning one more renovation with them later in the year! ?

Wow, fantastic, so happy with the finished project, absolutely LOVE it. We used Villa Construction for a complete remodel of our beach condo. We chose John because he has own employees. John is dedicated in providing quality work and was most helpful in designing and recommending products that resulted in a most satisfied finished product. Yes, as in all projects and expected there were some glitches, but John was always there to work through any problems and follow-up on any issue that needed attention. John is a man of his word....something that is very hard to find nowadays. John takes great pride in his workmanship and business which certainly is demonstrated in the finished product he gives his clients.

Mr. Villa and all his workers made this a very pleasant and ultimately satisfying experience. My wife and I and our adult children who have visited since the work was completed all feel that the workmanship and eye appeal is first rate. We would sincerely recommend John and his crew to anyone looking for remodeling or refurbishment of their home. What I remember that will help perspective customers is a discussion we had regarding Mr. Villa's philosophy: He said he first looks for highly skilled workers and then he helps them understand his building goal, which is to do high quality work and then take it beyond the customer's expectations. Now, as we look around our home we feel very strongly that we are looking at that philosophy on display. We also found all the workers that came into our home were not only good at their speciality, but were also good human beings.

Smooth, on time, neat, high quality and professional

After searching Angie's List and meeting 3 contractors and getting their quotes, we were happy to have John Villa and his crews on the job. The condo is in Lighthouse Point, 50+ years old and needed extensive updating as a seasonal home for us. John was great in communicating with us (cell, text, phone, photo updates). He looked after the needed drawings/plans and municipal and HOA permits/approvals. The scope of work included: -tear out, removal and disposal of complete old kitchen, vanities and shower, all doors, frames, all windows and entry doors, tile flooring including balcony, old ceiling and bathroom exhaust fans -open up the kitchen and install new cabinets, quartz countertop, new plumbing and electrical by code -install vinyl plank flooring with soundproof underpad -install new vanities and tile-in a new shower stall with frameless door-plumbing and electrical by code -install new hurricane-rated windows, doors and patio sliding doors -install new plantation shutters throughout -install new ceramic tile on balcony -install new doors throughout -install new baseboard and door frames throughout -paint everything throughout-reconsruct all closets. We are finishing our first full "season" in the apartment and love it. We've had family stay with us and take advantage of the second bedroom and bath. Everything works. We had a lot of ideas that John was able to do for us. But, we relied very much on John for suggestions, expertise and his experience.

I am more than satisfied. The demolition and construction of the bathrooms went extremely well. John Villa's construction and remodeling team was truly professional in their approach to the project and they were attentive to all of the details that potentially could have irritated the neighbors. The team kept the noise down to a minimum and they also did a fine job cleaning up after each workday. No complaints were heard from the entire building. Unforeseen problems occurred which were not the fault of the construction team but due to the 50 year old age of the building. The team handled the unexpected surprises with efficient expertise and kept me apprised of how they would handle the extra work. It should be noted, John did not charge me any extra costs due to the surprises and fixed the problems free of charge. All in all, John's team completed the entirety of the work in an admirable way and I have no complaints. For this reason, I will hire John Villa and Villa's Construction and Remodeling, Inc., again for any and all future construction projects in my home. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a genuine professional to remodel, upgrade and update their condominiums or single family homes.

From the start of the project which meant the demolition of the exterior walls and flooring, to the finished product, the craftsmanship of the crews exceeded my expectations.

John always keeps his word, which is probably the one of the most important things that you can ask for in a contractor. He is punctual, and his crews are self directed and professional. Let me break that down further for you; they are craftsman who do only the very best work. Tile work where miter edges are so precisely cut, you can barely see a seem. Precision placement and cuts, perfection in drywall and perfect joints on every single piece of trim. Mason work on counter tops that is exceptional. Flawless attention to details, and I am exceptionally picky about details. but the crew... the heroes. You can trust them. They don't take your stuff, borrow your tools or disrespect your home. Every day they come on time, and every day they clean up after themselves. They take all the debris away daily and sweep up as they are leaving. They are careful, considerate and polite. John said "you'll see, you going to leave the house and feel comfortable leaving them there alone in no time", and he was right. Reviews are often faked, but this isn't one of those and I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is. I am an attorney in the State of Florida, and I have an ethical obligation to be truthful in what I say. It's something very important to me, so if you want to know if I'm being honest, look me up. Bar number 119926, call me and I will tell you how it is. I can't say your experience will be what mine was (and will be in the future) with John, but if history is a predictor of how your project will turn out, I suggest you call him today, right now, don't wait and don't bother calling around unless you're interested in wasting time.

While the project took a little longer than expected, it was completed to our satisfaction.

John and the whole team did a great job, even when some snags were hit they did their best to get everything done as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some remodel work.

John and his entire crew are top notch! We hired them to do a complete remodel of our downstairs, including a high end custom kitchen, all new wood look porcelain tile floors, floating entertainment center, built in custom bar, stone fireplace wall, full bathroom, and office/laundry room. We kept adding more work along the way and he was able to deliver all of the items in a timely fashion. The job site was always extremely clean - we lived in the home during the remodel and were pleasantly surprised with how clean the guys kept our home, considering the inevitable construction dust! We had a snafu along the way, which John rolled with and remedied to our satisfaction immediately. That’s the mark of a great contractor! We have already secured him for fhe rest of our house in a few months. ? satisfied!

Our house is GORGEOUS now, thanks to renovations done by John Villa! His design ideas were GENIUS! Each one of his crew is a true craftsman, in the old fashioned sense - artisans. Gone are the ugly popcorn ceilings. With the new smooth to perfection ceilings, the new paint, baseboards and lighting, all the rooms feel larger, taller and more spacious. John had good ideas for the closets and pantry as well. Fine work. His team laid the brushed marble with such amazing attention to detail that the vendor that cleaned and sealed the marble said they have rarely seen such a quality job. Top notch. But the icing on the cake is the complete re-do of the master bathroom! It looks straight out of a design magazine. John’s idea for the shower trim was brilliant…it gives the visual impression that there is a waterfall coming from the ceiling and to falling the floor. Unique – never seen it before in a bathroom design. And the cabinets are true pieces of furniture… made to last. When our neighbor, an interior designer saw it (and the rest of the house), all she could say was ‘Wow…fantastic!’ It’s important to note that John was always available via text. If an issue arose, even outside of working hours, he addressed it immediately. Anything that was not perfect was corrected. This responsiveness meant a lot to us. Plus his crew are not only artists, they are lovely people. Easy and pleasant to have around the house. Now that the job is complete, we miss them. We feel like we have a whole new house - it even smalls like new construction. We have full trust and confidence in John Villa!

Absolutely fantastic job in every respect. Take a look at pictures. John Villa and his team took a tired 2 bedroom beach condo and made it into a 1 bedroom masterpiece that rivals anything out there. This was a COMPLETE gut job and no easy feat. We did not have to hire a designer as John came up with great ideas and options for us. He brought up many things to consider that we would not have even thought of. These guys can do the impossible and get it right the first time. Attention to detail is the name of the game with Villas Remodeling. They don't cut corners or use inferior materials. Impeccable wood work, and the tile installation is flawless. John has the best dry wall guy that I have ever seen and made the old popcorn ceilings perfectly smooth. To give you some idea of the craftsmanship used, he sets the corner beads with a level. From custom cabinets to completely replacing the wiring, plumbing, air-conditioning ducts and soffits they did it all. The crew is well dressed, polite and professional. Even the condo management was impressed which is saying something. One great thing is that John is responsive. If you call him or send a text he will respond promptly if not on the spot. John or his brother Johnathan will visit the work site every day when work is in progress to make sure it is being done correctly and address any issues that might arise. He provides regular updates even if not asked. The best thing is that he is honest. This company is his baby and he takes pride in his work. It clearly shows .

Outstanding experience! Interior repaint, rip up & disposal of all interior rug & tile and hardwood floor installed throughout. Work completed on time and w/i budget. Professional crew of skilled tradesmen. Great work ethic. After "talking" to all the others - so glad I chose Villa - will use again for sure.

I lucked out with an outstanding contractor who provides excellent services and quality work. John did other work, a master bathroom, earlier. I had another contractor finishing my kitchen, AllCounty, who I terminated and immediately called Villa to finished the job along with other bathroom and general jobs. The attached photos speak for themselves. I will use Villa for any home remodeling work moving from here onward.

The owner of Villa Remodelling introduced us to Eddy Posse who actually did the work along with his assistant Lois. It went very well. They were very knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. The end result was exactly how we wanted it. Eddy was open to discussion and his advice showed that he was very experienced. There was one glitch due to a faulty toilet bowl but he came back outside working hours to look at it and fixed it as soon as we got the replacement.

Excellent. They started the day they said they would start and completed the job on time. The workmen showed up every day early and worked late. Hardest workers I've ever dealt with. They were respectful of the property, Cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. They did many little extras and finished each part of the project as if it were their own home. We couldn't be happier and would definitely hire them again.

Everything went exactly as planned, from beginning to end. And if there were any obstacles, John took care of it immediately.

It went excellently! John Villa and all of his employees did excellent work and were extremely professional. The custom cabinets that were included in the project exceeded our expectations as did the tile work and the granite installation. We are enjoying the custom niches that were installed in both our shower and bath areas. The gorgeous baseboards are another plus - just beautifully done! Especially impressive was the preparation they made before beginning the demo and construction. They put down Ram board on the floors and constructed a heavy plastic tunnel to the ceiling to contain as much dust as possible (with zippers installed to allow us to access the necessary areas of our home) - so respectful of our property and belongings! We are so very happy with the results and are now enjoying our beautiful bathrooms.

All I can say is Villas construction is everything you can ask for. John and his crew are extremely professional and attentive to detail. I had my bathrooms and kitchen completely remodeled. After meeting with two other company's my husband and I felt more comfortable with this company. John gave us so many more ideas that we didn't even think about. We didn't start the process exactly when we wanted but it was worth the little bit of wait. John worked with our schedule and was awesome! The price was reasonable for the beauty they created in my home and also the peace of mind of having them around us and our kids. We are very picky in who we higher to work around our premises.
