Our friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff will assist, educate, and troubleshoot for our customers.

We offer technical support to home users for a range of issues including but not limited to: malware and virus cleanups, program errors, printer problems, network connectivity issues, and general support of most peripherals. We also offer house-calls - at an hourly rate - for especially complex troubles.
Services we don't offer
We do not service businesses (though we can make exceptions for very small ones), we don't sell hardware or software but we can connect you with vendors who do, and we don't offer telecom support of any kind.
