"We value each and every customer and are very sorry that Mr. Reviewer feels we deserved a negative review. ShelfGenie has not performed work for the reviewer, Mr Reviewer (name of the member concealed to protect the reviewer's identity) The facts: Free In-home design consultation • On 1/28/14, Mr Reviewer purchased a big deal offer of $199 for $500 worth of custom GlideOut shelving. • On 1/28/14, our team member called Mr Reviewer to setup date/time for an in-home design consultation. • On 2/1/14, our designer Barbara arrived on time for the in-home design consultation. During which Barbara: • Listened to the challenges, needs and requirements of Mr Reviewer • Created a design solution which Mr Reviewer approved of • Presented a price quote for Mr Reviewer Post In-Home design consultation • On 2/7/14, Barbara emailed Mr Reviewer with a new and reduced price quote. • On 2/15/14, Mr Reviewer emailed Barbara indicating that he "booked someone else for the cabinet drawers" (quoted directly from Mr Reviewer's email). However, he indicated that he was interested in having a blind corner which had an unusual configuration to be installed by ShelfGenie. He asked it to be priced. • On 2/15/14, Barbara emailed Mr Reviewer the price quote for the blind corner solution inclusive of 4 full extension custom made birch GlideOuts with white melamine bottoms. • On 2/18/14, Mr Reviewer corresponded to me directly stating that without a drastic reduction with the pricing he will be unable to proceed. I then asked Mr Reviewer about his expectations were pricewise. Mr Reviewer responded, "I will go as much as $200". I then explained and apologized to Mr Reviewer that we are unable to provide him with a quality solution that can satisfy his budgetary constraints. Furthermore, I offered to assist in the full amount refund process. • On 2/22/14, Mr Reviewer gave us a review. ShelfGenie did not provide work for Mr Reviewer. We provided Mr Reviewer with a price quotation, which was not acceptable to Mr Reviewer therefore a work order contract was never drafted nor signed. We were professional in our conduct, responsive to all inquiries, punctual in serving appointment and fair in pricing for a US custom made blind corner solution. As of this writing, with the exception of the Mr Reviewer's review, ShelfGenie garnered nothing but "A" overall ratings from Angie's List members as well as non Angie's List members.
