All the payments we received have been in line with the project schedule. At no point did our team insult you or our clients. The estimated time for this project, according to the contract accepted by you, is 4 to 6 weeks. This project began on Friday, 09/15/23, and this review written by you is from Saturday, 10/14/23, which is 4 weeks, as per the work schedule agreed upon by both parties. We have received the corresponding payment. We have always been courteous and responsive to all your questions and concerns, even on non-working days. As mentioned earlier, the project budget and scope is 4 to 6 weeks, and indeed, as you indicate, it has only been a month (4 weeks). Of these, two weeks followed the planned schedule, and the subsequent two weeks, we could not continue with the scheduled work due to your request for additional changes that were not originally part of the budget. Regarding the painting, we professionally suggested that a preliminary preparation of all the walls should be done due to the age of the house. It was communicated that this would incur an additional cost, which you did not accept. However, minor repairs were made as specified in the contract. Regarding the quartz, which you mention as stains but are natural veins in the quartz, you asked us about it and we were open to change it but you decided it was okay to keep it that way, later on you decided you wanted it changed but we told you we couldn't do it anymore since the measurements for the glass doors were already made and changing was going to cause for the measurements to change. No modifications were made to the old showerhead. The new system was installed at the same height as the previous one, which corresponds to the standard measurement. The customer should have notified in advance if any changes in height were desired. Nevertheless, we sought a solution to change the showerhead that you offered to purchase, and we carried out the installation with pleasure and at no additional cost. The issue with the ceramic began in the niche, which was replaced with new ceramic. Upon realizing that this issue repeated on the shower floor, we contacted the supplier, and the expert informed us that the type of ceramic chosen by you was not waterproof. As a responsible company, we replaced it with new ceramic in line with industry standards and your choice. This work was undertaken at no additional cost. According to the approved payment and project execution schedule, the painting, installation of laminate flooring, and door installation were to be done when both bathrooms were completed to avoid damaging the walls and floors. Up to that point, we had not received any payment related to these tasks. However, the rooms were painted, doors were installed, and laminate flooring was installed in these areas, although the payment for these tasks was scheduled later in the project. Despite this, we had to bear the costs of performing these tasks. As we've mentioned previously, we have always been respectful and responsible, which is one of the things that characterizes us as a company, as you can see in our previous reviews. We accompanied you to each of our suppliers, and you were guided by our interior designer in selecting each of the materials that would be installed. These were installed correctly, with great attention to detail. Two weeks later, you decided that you wanted to change them because they had minor factory defects, and we changed them as per your request. For a little over three weeks, our team worked at your home every day, fulfilling each of your requests."

"You can't say we have been irresponsible because we have talked to you about the situation, we took the time to go to different factories to find a color that matched your driveway. This was an issue between you and the HOA because before the violation you agreed on putting that color, now that you are having an issue with it you want to blame it all on our company. The problem with the sprinklers was fixed so you can't tell us we are irresponsible. We talked to you and told you we were going to change those pavers to fix the problem with your HOA, all you have to do is buy the material and we will do it without charging you for labor."
