Mattress Land

After 3 to 4 days, my daughter wanted to exchange the mattress, but we had her wait a week. When we went in that Saturday, there was a different salesman there. He said that store policy was a 2 week trial. We also told him that the mattress pad never came. He told us that he would follow up with that on Monday and that he would call in a couple days when it came in. We agreed to wait another week. The next Saturday we went back to exchange the mattress because my daughter still wasn't happy with it, but because we never received the pad, there had be an accident. The same salesmen from the week before said he couldn't do anything for us, and we told him that if we had the pad that we had paid for 3 weeks earlier, than this would not have been an issue. We pointed out that we still hadn't been called about the pad he promised us. He said it was there but he had been out of the store. He hadn't called us that Saturday that we went in either. Robbie was rude, sanctimonious and talked over my daughter and me. We will NEVER go to this company again.

It is explained above.  Do not buy from this place!!  We have decided that If our new mattress doesn't work out, we will go elsewhere instead of walking into their store again!!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE.  First time, they ordered the wrong tempur-pedic bed,  the second time the order was not in, the third time we finally received the bed, although we did not get the tempur-pedic pillows promised. In fact, they give us used Seally pillows that were used.  That is right, we got the wrong pillows in a garbage bag with hair all over them... that was our thank you gift for purchase.  When we called this company to complain, they refused to talk to us, finally I get a sales associate and he basically tells me to that they are not going to do anything. When I asked to talk to manager he said " I don't think that this needs to go there..."  In the end, we have had no resolution.
