The roof looks great. We are pleased with the roof cleaning! The workers could have been more protective of our grass and tree on the non-guttered side of the house.
Our driveway looks clean and fresh. The color of the pavers have been renewed.
The technician who did the driveway was very cooperative as I had a medical scheduling conflict.

Fiddler was just at my roof!How much fun does it sound? This is what I can tell about myexperience. Bill, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable answered all myquestions.The guy who actually worked on my house did all the work,cleaned my roof and did some power-washing that I really needed.Overall my experience was easy, fun, and smooth. I learned alot and will definitely always use them

They were professional. The main reason we used this company is because they offered eco friendly options. We would've preferred to just use their eco-friendly option that works over a few months but our HOA didn't allow that and so we went with the bleach option. They do collect the run off from the gutters and then come back for it. The only bad experience is that the person who came to collect the bleach runoff just pour on our grass which killed a big patch but when I called them to complain about that they replaced the grass. So overall happy with the job they did.

Our barrel tile roof was very dirty. The worker was very careful not to damage the roof (he tread carefully and used a low pressure spray.)  The assistant took good care spraying and covering the plants for protection.  Our roof still looks wonderful three months later. They guarantee for two years. 

They came out on time. Walked the roof and took video to show trouble areas that needed repair.
Next they began the cleaning. No plants were damaged which I stressed before they started.
They had to come back a second time to do the repairs.
Wheather caused a delay and then I had to reschedule.
Repairs were finally accomplished without incident.

Looking for someone to clean your roof? Look no more. I called Fiddler Roof Cleaning after I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood. That alone, caught my eye. A young lady named Ingrid answered the phone. She offered to not only give a free estimate but also have a sales representative personally come to review my house to give me that estimate. I called a few places prior and they gave me an estimate over the phone, which made me skeptical because they didn't even see how dirty my roof was or the size of my roof. Ingrid had an appointment available the next day. I was home when the sales representative came to give the estimate and he was just as friendly as Ingrid was. He was very attentive and informative. I was so impressed so I signed the contract right away and scheduled the work for the following week.

After being rescheduled due to bad weather, two gentleman came out to clean my roof. I was amazed at how nice they were as well. I went outside upon their arrival and the technician took the time to explain the process of the roof cleaning and power washing of the gutters and driveway. I always ask so many questions and he took the time to answer all of them for me so I felt secure about the jobs they were going to do.

About three hours later, the technicians were done with the jobs and I must say, they did a marvelous job. When they knocked on my door after, I went outside with them and we walked around the house to make sure I was satisfied. I was extremely satisfied. I called and paid for the job well done and I will definitely be using them again.  I highly recommend Fiddler Roof Cleaning!

Very impressed with this company! My roof cleaning was scheduled for 11/04 and we experienced heavy rain. We had to reschedule for the following week. It was worth the wait! They showed up promtly and were careful with my landscaping. My white tile roof looks brand new!! Great customer service and trained technicians! Definitely would recommend Fiddler roof cleaning to anyone!!

Not a good experience at all.  After the roof was cleaned my pavers had red stain/soot in my screened in area.  I called Fiddler and asked to send someone to clean and power wash the area and I was told by Ingrid in the office that I was not able to prove this was done by them at that the red soot must have been there before.  I have marble pavers in my screened in area and patio.  My roof tiles are red.  It is obvious the red was from the roof cleaning.  Appalling really to treat a customer this way.  Additionally they left black bags over some (not all) of my gutter bases.  I was told they would come out last week to remove them and re-hook up my gutter extenders.  They never showed up.  Awful experience. 

I will call them every 2 years for the same treatment. When I called to be retreated "THE OWNER" called me personally and apologized that they had to retreat the roof. He told me not to hesitate calling him if there was any problem. They have done other roofs in the neighborhood with a product that cleans the roof the same day. No machines or pressure to damage the roof. Do yourself a favor, stop looking and hire this company, they are the real deal. They do what they say and say what they do.

Wow! I can't believe what a difference the cleaning has made. I'm so glad I decided to have it done. Yes, you might lose a plant or two, but they can be replaced. The plants we thought were dead have started to come back. The roof still looks great.

The workers arrived on time, although they were supposed to call before arriving. The foreman spoke with me and listened to all my concerns and assured me the work would be completed to my satisfaction.  When work was finished the foreman asked me to walk around the house to give my approval of the job.  I noticed one area in particular that needed more attention, and the foreman said before he departed he would address the issue.  The work was completed to my satisfaction and I signed the approval form.
The formean also explained the way the eco boost system works and assured me that if I had any issues or concerns to call the office and they would address any issues.
I am satisfied with the results, the roof is much cleaner and I am told that over the next couple months the process will achieve the dsired results.  Would recommend this company.  Neighbor next door has used their services and they are satisfied also

Fairly well, except techs didn't return to clean the windows that were dirted and the company needed to be called twice to return and complete the work.

As it is to soon to see how well the eco cleaning works on the roof, it takes up to 4 months to see the results, the rain gutters and down spouts are not clean at all.  Two (2) men showed up in a truck and the job was completed in less than 40 minutes.  I should have stayed at home, my bad,  but I told them I was running to the store and be back in about 45 minutes.  They had told me it should take them about an hour to an hour and a half.  I don't know about you but,  I find it very hard to be leave that a roof and all of the gutters and down spouts can be cleaned the Proper way  in less than 45 minutes.
I called the company as soon as I returned home and noticed the horrible work that was done.  I spoke with Ingrid who tried to make a million excuses for the workers and then told me to take pictures and email them to her.  Why should I have to do this, take my time to show them the work was not completed as promised.  How about sending someone out to look at it.  Anyway, I took the pictures and emailed them to her.  It is now a day later and I have not heard anything from the company.
If I was you, I would stay away from Fiddler Roof Cleaning Inc.,  If you look on Angie's list there are other companies that use an eco friendly product to clean your roof.  It was my mistake by thinking  that a company that has all of the nice trucks, uniforms  and charge a lot more money, are a better company than a company that charges less and has no uniforms.  I made a bad mistake.  Please don't make the same mistake as I did, STAY AWAY from Fiddler.

Today, February 11, 2014, a manager, (Bill) came out to look at the job and  agreed with me that the job was not completed as promised and they did not clean the gutters properly.  I was promised that the scheduler would be calling me to set up a time for another crew to come out and do the job it should have done the first time.  I will keep you updated as to how it turns out and how the roof looks in a  couple of months.

February 14, 2014, I spoke with Laura, I guess she is the manager and she stated that they would not fix my down spout because she says that they did not cause the problem.  All she could say was, that they gave me a discount of a big $15.00 to begin with, this was from the  beginning before all this  happened.  Which was promo deal and had nothing to do with the job.  Laura, was the mss rude  unprofessional person to talk with.  With a company like this it's a shame to have them in South Florida.  The owners Marcel, & Janice  Rosen should be ashamed to have Laura as  their representative.  I told Laura that I would be filing with the BBB and she could could less.  The VP Harry Warren could not take the time of his busy day to even get involved.  All I can say is.  STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME.  Oh, if you think i am just some dissatisfied  customer, I have all the pictures to prove it PLUS, the field manager Bill agreed with me.  I do have the before and after pictures, with date and time stamps on them.

I have come to a mutual agreement with the company and I am happy to say, all is ok now.  It took a little while to get it done but once the manager was involved he took care of the issues.  I am completely satisfied with this company.  

They were terrific. They were very prompt.  I called them and they had an estimate at my house the next day. Their prices were much less than any other estimates that we received and almost 20% less than the next closest estimate.  They were able to schedule and do the work almost immediately and it was right before thanksgiving.  We wanted the house cleaned up before thanksgiving dinner and they accommodated us and they came a week before thanksgiving to do the beginning of the work and week after thanksgiving to do the balance of the work.  They were very professional, very responsive and very accommodating. The work was amazing.  My neighbors came knocking at my door to find out who had done my roof because it looked brand new.  I had one issue and it was my fault and not theirs.  They painted my front door as I gave them the wrong paint and I called them up and they came back the next day to repaint the door with the right paint.  I would recommend them to anybody.  They were excellent.  The service is very personalized and can speak directly to the owner.
