They do heating, air conditioning, plumbing. They help with the permits to get the unit up on the roof. The truck, to lift the air conditioning. They are very professional. Anybody that needs a new air conditioner, I would defiantly recommend them. We took three to four bids before we hired these people. We had three or four different companies to come out, and give us a bid to put the air conditioner, the new one on the roof. They were the best. They did everything. Wanted to get it done before the holiday. It was a brand new air conditioner. They took the old one out to recycle it, because it was all rusted out. It wasn't working. They are excellent. Anybody who doesn't use them is foolish. They were very straight forward. Like I said, I had estimates from four different companies, before I finally got to hem. It wasn't an accident that I chose them. It was excellent. Very responsive to get the building permits. They have a separate department, and they have a young lady who does that. She gets all the permits to put stuff in the house, and take them out. Made the appointment for the building inspector, after it was installed. You have to have somebody come out, and look at it. Make sure its plugged in, and working alright and whatever. She made the appointments for the building inspector. They were right on time. Absolutely. Defiantly.

Stay away from ECM at all cost!!! ECM installed a top of the line AC unit in my house that included 10 year warranty. 2 years later the thermostat goes dark. It's one of those sophisticated Lennox iTouch, so I called their service, I was told "parts are under warranty, but labor is not. A diagnostics by our technician is $45" The guy shows up, within a minute determines is the thermostat is bad. Parts are free, but he wants $250 to replace it + the $45 diagnostics (mind you it's <10 minute work to click old one out and new in). I call the service desk again and the tell me it's their standard rate :(. Gratuitously they agree to drop the price to $204 + $45. Since the thermostat costs $150 on the web, I figured I'll do it myself and sent the tech on his way There is no reason in the world why a tech that you already paid to be at your door will charge these brain surgeon rates. ECM is simply scalping their customers. I would never use them again and suggest you do the same

Fantastic!! The salesman asked questions and made suggestions based on our life style. The installation crew was punctual, hard working and courteous.

The installation was a mess. 10 hours, Plus they installed the UV Light wrong and charged me a lot of $$$ Plus the monthly maintenence plan, the workers insulted us, told us do go get a vacuum at home depot and clean out the pipe ourselve, I have cancel when contract expired. Plus Read the Contract, they exclude ALOT and wI'll charge you extra, even if you have their monthly plan.

Service technicians were professional, clean, respectful and extremely talented and thorough. They not only completed the job but waited to see if it would run perfect and when it didn't meet their standards they stayed and corrected the situation. they even explained the upkeep of the new unit. I would use ECM for the experience, diligent, and knowledge.

I had an a/c problem, and when the technicians (2 of them) came out they told me that there was a problem with the condensor coil, and gave me an option to either fix it, or replace it. The cost to replace would be stupid to throw the money into a 9 year old unit, especially since it was fixed 2 times before, that I decided to purchase a new unit. ECM was very helpful in getting me a very reasonable price, gave me a definitive date for the installation, came on time, rebuilt everything that was needed, and made sure that I understood how the new unit works, including all of the safety switches, and what I need to do on a regular basis. I would recommend ECM (and have) to all of my family and neighbors, and they are the most efficient Appliance maintenance insurance company that I have ever been with... and been with a few of the big names, which have played games. Next time you are looking for appliance insurance... go to ECM.

The technician, Eduardo, was exceptional. After fixing the problem, he took the time to explain how to prevent a reoccourance.

Excellent. Unit supplied, installed and working in one day. Crew was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and CLEAN. Made sure unit was working properly and I was familiar with sytem requirements and controls before leaving.

The installation of the air conditioner was excellent. The installers arrived on time and were very courteous and professonal.

I went excellent - the installation team comprised of Juan, Ignacio and the electrician were very prompt, worked quickly and efficiently and were most professional. All questions were answered as the installation was progressing and our home was cleaned of debris and dirt when the job was completed. Excellent installation team and even corrected a duct problem that we had been living with for 8 years.

Our a/c died and we contracted with ECM for a new unit. The technicians were great!!! 5 Stars for them! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. If this review was only about them, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, some of the communications I have had with office staffers was rude and uncaring.

It went very well. The mechanics were very professional. We are very pleased with the outcome!

It is in my contract, it is in the yearly fee that I pay them and so, I use East Coast Mechanical. I use them for all my appliances. They do maintenance on the A/C and they do inspection. There is no freon anymore but they flush the lines and they look at whatever it is that they look at. I do that in the spring before we really crank up again. The cost depends on what you have, I pay one thing, my mother pays something else. They come in and do a check and if there is anything wrong, they flush the line.

Them coming out and checking is included in the contract but if you need any parts, some parts are covered and others are not. For this par, I had to buy.

They were very professional and completed the work as planned.

They're pretty punctual as far as their service calls and I guess the prices are reasonable.

They had to re-insulate, I had a clogged drain pipe on my air handler. They are a little higher than this private guy that I had used, about $20 higher. I have a contract with them.

rad at ECM was extremely helpful in arranging the installation of a new air conditioning unit with my house sitter as the old unit broke while I was not in Florida and was not able to be there for the install. Everything went smoothly and the technicians left everything neat and in order. Thanks for making this an easy fix even with me not being there!
