The staff in the office are so courteous and friendly. They know their job and they do it well. The technicians have extensive knowledge regarding your needs. They show up at the time that your appointment was scheduled. I have high-end appliances and I would not trust them to anyone but the ECM team. Thank You ECM

Technicians are knowledgeable, arrive on a timely basis, provided installation of my new air conditioner and ECM obtained necessary permits. Additionally, they provide me with annual preventive maintenance on the A.C.. If part replacements are necessary they order them and return to fix to completion. Always been a satisfied customer.

We have had a contract with ECM for over three years, since moving to our current home and have always had excellent service with all calls for maintenance and repairs. The service techs are on time, they call if they are running late, and they are always courteous and ready to handle every repair request quickly. They recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our home, and after the installation, our son's room was not getting cool enough. ECM techs came out to do some troubleshooting, and we are happy to say they quickly corrected the problem, which had to do with our home, and not the unit itself or the installation. We are all enjoying our very cool and comfortable home now! ECM is a pleasure to work with and we are very satisfied customers. 5 stars for sure! Thank you ECM for your excellence!

15 years ago, I switched our service contract to ECM from another company after having to wait 4 days to have an A/C repaired. From day 1, I have had exactly the opposite experience with ECM. My A/C calls are usually handled the SAME DAY (If I call early) or Next day ( if I call late in the afternoon) and the problem is almost always resolved on the first call or at least identified on the 1st call. My appliances have always been repaired right the first time and ECM has gone out of its way to pay me a fair cash price for an appliance that can no longer be repaired or one that will not be cost effective to repair any longer. They have done this with a microwave, and washing machine. They have given me a brand new water heater when mine leaked and done expensive repairs on My A/C unit over the years. Last week, my 12 year old Trane Unit needed a major repair and a large sum of it was not covered under my service contract. Alex Diaz sat down with me and explained my repair options vs Purchasing a new Unit. He gave me several options on a New A/C (which we were considering anyway) and I decided to purchase a Lennox El-16 Unit. ECM gave me a large sum of money credited to my purchase for being a contract holder, applied the FPL rebate, and is filing the paperwork with Lennox to get a factory rebate. I got a couple of other bids on similar units and ECM was right in line with other contractors (as usual). The installers were at my home the next morning at 9:30 am and the not only replaced the unit, but they installed a plywood platform on the existing drywall platform in my garage, repaired the drywall, painted the whole platform, made sure the work was neat, and really took pride in the installation. The cleaned the mold off my concrete slab outside, and made sure all the lines were secure, insulated and met code. I could not be happier with the service I have received from ECM over the years and especially on this new A/C purchase. Thank you -- its nice to know that a company stands behind the service that they sell.

I have been a customer of ECM for at least 15 years. I have my private residence as well as my rental properties all covered with ECM contracts. They always provide a high level of service----from scheduling appointments, to renewing policies, part orders and of course the field service. All have been handled professionally and the the staff is helpful and very nice, always.

The work went very well. I felt the workers were very professional and new exactly what they were doing. One worker replaced the A/C unit in the garage while other replaced the fan outside. They cleaned up everything afterwards leaving nothing behind. They explained to my wife and I what we need to know about the new unit before they left.

I have been contracted with ECM for 7+ years. I've always had Exceptional Service and a Positive Experience. I have dealt with their contract renewal, customer service, service repair departments as well as their technicians and all have been friendly, courteous and professional. All issues have been resolved quickly without any problems. About 2 years ago, my A/C unit broke down in the middle of summer. ECM was quick to respond, quote and replace my unit with a new model and I have not had any issues/problems with it since. ECM can count on my contract renewal next year. Thank you!!!

ECM is an excellent company, answered my call immediately, arrived on time on the day of the appointment, reviewed and repaired my A/C and the best thing is that they did not charge anything extra, everything was covered as written in the policy.

Jackie A. was superb. She answered each question I asked of her without hesitation and after a short conversation, I deleted some older appliances, added brand new ones and this all resulted in a reduction in the new premium of 18%.

They came the next day and installed a new AC system. There was no mess to clean up. Everything was done very professional.
