Great - they cleared the drain and low and behold it was cool in the house. Very professional, prompt, neat and knowledgeable.

The technician was amazing. He was on time and very efficient. He immediately found the problem, replaced the part and had the sink up and working within 30 minutes. He really did a great job. He arrived earlier then expected and did a great job. This is why I have been using ECM for years and will continue to do so.

Fantastic East Coast Mechanical (ECM) is a premier South Florida company to which we have been a member of for 15 years. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I recommend ECM to anyone who is relocating to the South Florida area. You will not be disappointed.

Things went well. However I wish the ECM contract was a little more specific. It's hard to figure what is covered and what is not. However, calling the office made it more clear.

The two men that came out were so respectful and professional that it was a pleasure to work with this company!

They did the installation perfectly and when it was inspected by the county inspector they were very impressed and said that the job was excellent. I only paid for the permit as I have a service contract for the year and pay yearly.

The technician first put a tarp down on my floor to protect it. Then he diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain. He blew out the drain and cleaned the connection, fixing the problem. Every time I've used them in my condo i have found that their technicians are: a)Knowledgeable. They know their stuff. b)Professional. They always respect my property and take care to avoid making messes when they work and they always clean up after themselves before they leave. c) Courteous. They always treat me with respect.

They are probably one of the biggest ones down here, but I had nothing but issues with them. The first issue was they didn't install the drain line correctly. and it leaked all over into our master bedroom. They were good about sending someone to clean it up then repair the issue but i still happened on a brand new A/C unit. However every year since I had that unit installed the blower motor has gone out a and I have had to pay $300 every single time to have the blower motor repaired . They would do absolutely nothing to accommodate the inconvenience or the cost even though I dropped $4,000 for the unit. It was just them not conceding anything at all. I would talk to managers whenever i could get them on the phone and they were just not empathetic at all. I think I paid too much for it. I did not really shop around. I kind of had a sleazy sales pitch where they come out to the house and told me I had to get this price now and if i call back later the price is going to go up. They were timely.They had no sympathy in not wanting to accommodate the issues that they were causing.
