I never wanted to get a service contract & only did it "just in case" for my wife's peace of mind. The phone reps are always friendly & helpful & the servicemen (yes we've had other repairs done) always professional. Highly recommend them.

They have different plans to choose from, no service fee, it does not includes appliance replacement but they offer you a good price on the item to be replaced and they install it. I had an A/C replaced, fast, w/o problems. In addition, they offer a yearly check up.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Scheduling is easy and appointments can often be made on the same day. I can't imagine not having this service.

+ 4 moreI have a contract with ECM and it provides many services from repair of refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, plumbing, lavatory, toilets, disposal, air-conditioner tune-ups and electrical problems. ECM is very responsive when I call for service and the technicians that come out are very knowledgeable. They are very punctual, friendly and courteous. I have used ECM for about 8 years and have been very satisfied. The quality of their work is excellent and I am very happy with them.
