Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem, replaced the broken part and now the dishwasher drains fine.

Technician arrived in the time frame given to me. He ascertained that it was indeed the timing mechanism, ordering the part was required. In only two days when part was received they called to schedule return. The same professional technician came changed the timer quickly. This is not the first maintenance I have had done. Always done with a quick appointment and time given was honored.

I have a service contract with ECM and a tech came to check my 8 year old AC the poor guy broke the bad news to me that I needed an expensive part that part had a one year warranty so I decided to do a new unit . The tech explained everything to me and spoke with my family too since i'm up in years he was very helpful.The installers arrived on time explained everything to me They were very professional and this installation looks so much better than others Iv'e had done. They stayed w here for about an hour after finishing the installation to make sure the house temp came to the set number .I will continue to renew my yearly service contract with ECM and wouldhighly recommend this company. First service call found the problem. Parts got ordered and came in a timely matter. Second call finished the job. The work was done well and within the stated time frame The work area was left clean and in good order. All is working fine again. Thank you.

Brad, my salesman was helpful in assisting me to choose the best a/c system I needed. He sent a technician out to measure and look at the old system I have. The price he quoted me was the best price of the 2 estimates I received. We set up an appointment date and at 8:30 am of the appointment day. 2 technicians came and had may Old a/c unit installed by 3pm. They cleaned up and removed all the old equipment. I have 4 stars because I had to call Brad to send another technician to come out and caulk around the exterior where the pipe is connected to the inside of my house.

Very please with the fine service I received from ECM with the installation of my new air conditioning system. The technicians were on-time, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the entire process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend ECM for the installation of a new HVAC system.

The ECM mechanic recommended not repairing it. It would have required more work to repair it than buying a new one. The honesty of this mechanic is an example of the many wonderful employees they have at this company. We have been using ECM for many years and we will continue to do so.

The process was very smooth. The sales agent clearly explained our options. We selected a 2 stage Lennox. The installer was on time, answered all questions and left an immaculate site.

The install team came early and finished after 6 hours of installation work. Our new Lenox system works like charm. The install team showed us how we could get the best performance out of our new unit. We were impressed and have spread the word about their professionalism and skill. ECM is very capable and efficient when performing repairs. Their technicians know what they are doing and are able to fix just about all issues that can be repairs or replaced.

Hello, I have been an ECM customer for many year. I have found their service to be great. Service representives are professional, on time and provide a detail analysis of the issue. Their customer service is great when you call for an appointment, they treat you like family.. great job. I recommend their service, I have told all my friends and family.. Keep up the great job.

Both installers were professional, knew the most efficient way to install. Kept area as clean as possible while working and cleaned up when finished. Both installs look neat actually better than before.

OK. They charged us extra for a refrigerator in our garage. We did not want to be charged for that refrigerator -- or to insure it.

I changed my home service contract to ECM because a neighbor highly recommend them. After several months awater was leaking , from the unit blower area out the next day, about 2 months later, water was dripping, again I called ECM was out the next day, the pan was corroded etc I was going to have to replace my AC and blower. In Two days later to my surprise they had the permit and replaced both unites within 5 hours 100% completed Wow ECM surely works quickly to satisfy the customer.
