ECM is top notch. During the yearly inspection of my A/C, it was determined that my A/C was corroded to the point it would not last the summer. ECM gave me an estimate of the cost of a new Lennox A/C and explained the various rebates (FPL and Lennox). We then set up a date for the install. The installers (Lincoln and Roger) arrived on time (9 A.M.) and, after answering some questions, proceeded to remove the old A/C and install the new one. Both Lincoln and Roger were knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and efficient. They did a fantastic job of installing the components (compressor and air handler) and made sure that the compressor was anchored securely on the new slab. The job was completed by 4 P.M.. Lincoln then went over the various items (new thermostat, drain, etc.) to make sure I understood how the new A/C worked. All the packing materials, old A/C components and debris were removed. They actually left the job site cleaner than when they started. ECM is truly a 5 star company.

For the past seven years ECM has played a major role in maintaining our home. My last experience with ECM was amazing as I needed both of the above repaired and they were able to send 1 mechanic to do both. ECM did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and changed 2 circuit boards. They are difficult to find given I have a 10 yr. old refrigerator but they found a company who refurbished them. I’ve been satisfied with work from appliance repair, basic electrical, plumbing and air conditioning services. I have a service contract but there has been a charge for some parts that aren’t covered in the contract.

I have been with ECM for many years. I have had 2 AC units installed with them over the years. Their service is excellent. The renewal process for my contract each year is seamless. Every issue I have ever called them for was done with the utmost professionalism.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I recently had them install a new Lennox A/C and the technicians were great. They did a great job and kept everything super clean and neat.
