After the shock of needing a new AC unit, I found the ECM techicians to be professional, skilled and neat. The salesman put in a temporary motor for my comfort until new unit could be installed...Heaven

Needed a new compressor. ECM called and gave me options to replace part only or install new A/C system even though my unit was only 10 years old but I was having issues over the last year. I opted for new system and they installed next day. Lucky for me there was a cancellation. I have been a customer for 21 years and I like the idea of only calling one company to service my A/C and appliances.

My A/C unit is wondetful. The technicians were professionally and yet friendly. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars because I had to clean up some of their mess. Someone also broke the head off a sprinkler.

We have had ECM for several years. All of a sudden, my AC stopped cooling during the night. In the morning I called Customer Service which was great, and a serviceman was out within a few hours. ECM even called to notify me that someone was on their way. The problem was diagnosed within minutes and a part was replaced. My unit is cooling again. I am extremely satisfied with Customer Service and the technician who performed the job.

I found the ECM people to be knowledgeable and helpful during the replacement of our air conditioner. After installation we had a couple of questions that we neglected to ask and they were very responsive and helpful. This is the second AC unit we have purchased from them and we are very pleased with all aspects of the service.

installed a complete new AC unite 1 week after a poor result from a recent 6 month tune up. It was a painless experience and it took almost 7 hrs. So far the new unite is working good.

The company is very professional and courtesy the men that replaced my AC unit were very good they did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn't even know we had a whole AC unit replaced.

We are very pleased with the new air conditioner that was installed by ECM on June 22, 2018. The 3-ton Lennox air conditioner that they recommended is rated as one of the top three, and the price that we paid was reasonable, considering the quality of the product. When our old AC stopped running, a repair man came out within hours and put in a temporary fix until a new unit could be installed. The service men were excellent: they arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and efficient, and made sure the area was clean when they were finished. They took care to explain and demonstrate how the new thermostat worked, gave instructions about the AC filter, and stayed until they were sure the AC was working correctly. In addition, they were very pleasant. Later that day an inspector arrived, and he found everything was working correctly. We have already recommended the AC installed by ECM to one of our neighbors.

We were having our periodic check up of our 10-year old air conditioning system and replacement of the filters. The technician noted a number of problems with the unit including excessive condensation, mold around connections and poor installation of the unit the work for which was not done by ECM. We also experienced a problem with the cooling units the prior year and they needed to be replaced. We recognized the need to replace the system and had a 4-ton Lenox system installed a few days later. The price we paid for this high quality system was very reasonable compared to a price paid by a neighbor or our's a few weeks earlier. In determining the price, we were given adjustments for the prior service work done and the fact we were long term ECM customers. The original technician and the 3 men who came to install t.he new system were very efficient and cooperative and we would strongly recommend ECM

We have had ECM for many years and have found their technicians to be excellent in all fields, whether the problem was electrical or plumbing. They have always been able to fix the problem and, where necessary, would order a part to get the job done. Recently, we arrived home to find the air conditioning not working. We called ECM the next morning and they came out within hours to check the situation. The situation was worse than we expected and since the unit was over 8 years old, we opted to purchase a new unit. They got the existing unit working so we would not be without air until the new one was installed. The day of installation, everything went very smoothly. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional throughout the installation. We chose to have an additional duct installed in the master bedroom and we are now extremely happy. We should have done that years ago. We would not hesitate to recommend ECM.

What a difference from my old unit to my new unit. Instead of waiting 6 hours for it to cool 5 degrees it now takes less than a half hour. The men who installed it were great and courteous. They didn’t leave a mess and explained how to maintain and use the system. I’m very impressed. Thank you ECM!

6/23/2018 We bought a home and immediately signed up with ECM for repairs, One of our Airconditioning units was not working it turned out that we needed a new one. ECM was great there pricing was comparable and even better than other quotes. they gave us a healthy bonus as well and scheduled the city to do the inspection of the unit. I recommend them any time, EVEN MY HUSBAND FEELS GREAT we got them for the repairs and maintenance of all of our appliances in our home. after this situaition we had a minor electrical issue that they immediately took care of as well, thank you
