ECM had a crew out to replace our defective Goodman system with a new SEER 16 Lennox AC the next morning. The installation was professional and quickly done. Highly recommend ECM.

The salesman was helpful in deciding which brand to buy, explaining which was better for my home and keeping the price within my range. The installers were on time, explained all details of my new A/C, and cleaned everything up leaving me no mess.

We purchased our home in 2013 and have had to replace both AC units. Both times we went with East Coast Mechanical, Inc and there is no one else we would choose! Excellent service from beginning to end - our sales rep even helped me move furniture that I was redecorating :)

We have a service contract with ECM, when our A/C went out we were told we needed to replace our old unit. Shane in service was very informative as to models and pricing and the next day our new unit was installed. We had interviewed 4 previous companies and went with ECM. They were punctual, efficient, courteous and professional. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, answering questions we didn’t even know we had. He actually crawled up into the attic to check our ducts and make sure we had the right size ducts for A/C capacity. The installers were very professional and cleaned up my home and garage when they were done. I have a contract with them, They have always fixed everything I needed.

ECM recently installed new central AC equipment in my house. They arrived right on time and completed the job in the 6 hours they had given as an estimate. When they left the only evidence that they'd been here was the new AC equipment. I honestly have nothing negative to say.

I recently wrote a rave review on ECM's page about their plumber. That was true, but then I had the unfortunate need to use them for my microwave repair. I have a service contract. They sent a repairman and he said he had to order a mag tube, a control board and a diode. They called me the next day to tell me that the part prices exceeded their contract and I had to pay $155. to have them order and fix it. I paid it and when they came to do the repair they found that the parts dept ordered the wrong control board and sent an empty envelope for the diode. Back to the ordering parts. They also saw burn marks on the transformer and said I needed that too. customer service told me that the additional parts were an additional $178. I said that I already paid for the control board and the diode but they sent the wrong one. The woman said I never paid for the control board. I asked her why they sent one then? She said if I want it fixed i need to come up with the additional $178. I told her to get the mag tube out and reimburse me the $155. They new micro would cost $208. at Brandsmart. Why would I pay $328 to fix a broken one especially when I pay for a service contract to ECM? She said they would not reimburse me for the mag tube and they won't fix it if I don't pay. THIS WAS BLACK MAIL. LOSE $155 OR ADD $178 TO COMPLETE THE JOB. TOTALLY UNETHICAL. DO NOT USE ECM EVER. THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT PREYS OFF THE VULNERABLE.
