I joined ECM the (family of protection) about 5 months ago, and just recently the cooling air was gone. They informed me that my 15 year old AC had several Freon leaks and the type Freon will be obsolete in 2019. Needless to say it ran almost continuous so we had it replaced the next day. It was a professional job they even rebuilt the entire shelf. We were up and running in 8 hrs. They took everything with them, great job ECM.

They did a wonderful got putting in my new ac unit. Did set me back a bit but it’s worth it.

Dealing with ECM was a satisfying experience. Had a problem with cooling. After problem was found it was decided to replace it with a new unit instead of doing a patch job. The installation was scheduled for the next day. The crew arrived on time and worked straight through without a lunch break so that my wife could visit me at the hospital that evening. This is the second unit they have installed for us. We also use EMC for electrical, plumbing and a appliance maintenance program.

He worked fast, effficient, clean and was very pleasant to have in our home. The other worked was outside working and the house never got too hot before they were finished.

We recently returned to EMC after using a different service company after we moved. They came out to check our A/C units and handlers to make sure they were functioning properly. When the technition arrived he found that our system was full of mold and arranged to have a new system installed. The men that came for the installation had to rebuild the area for the handlers as the walls were black. After several hours we were up and running in a much cooler house and all signs of allergy symptoms were gone. We couldn’t ask for a better job. Thank you ECM

I had just moved into a condo in Delray Beach and was recommended to take out a contract with ECM, which proved to be the right move. Shortly after moving in my central A/C unit stopped working so I called ECD right away. The came the next morning and within 24 hours I received a new A/C unit and have stayed cool since. The installation was rather quick and the serviceman was neat and clean. When he was done he explained everything to me ensuring I knew have to maintain the unit. They did a great job!

We have used ECM for years on several properties and have been extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism. We just replaced our air conditioning system and they took their time to make sure they did it correctly and even repositioned the drain piping to eliminate a drainage problem. I would recommend them for their service contracts and additional projects

WE HAD A 12 YR OLD UNIT AND IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, CONTACTED ECM, AND A NEW UNIT WAS INSTALLED. THE SERVICE MEN WERE THE BEST, NOT A DROP OF DEBRIS DID WE HAVE TO CLEANUP. REALLY A DEPENDABLE COMPANY, WE'VE BEEN WITH FOR OVER 10 YRS.
