Ovi removed our old tile, leveled the floors and installed tile in our entryway, kitchen backsplash and kitchen floor. Ovi was easy to work, punctual, and did an excellent job. The kitchen turned out to be a more complex and time consuming job than Ovi had originally expected but he was very flexible and accommodated requested changes. The completed job looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend Ovi for any tile work.

Ovi did an amazing job retiling the shower in our master bathroom. I called many tile companies to get estimates and he was not only the best price, but the nicest and most professional on the phone. And that kindness and professionalism extended through the whole job. He responded quickly to questions I had before the work began, showed up exactly when he said he was going to, did great work, and even remembered our cat's name. All in all, I could not be happier with the work he did and would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

We needed help fixing a pre-existing porcelain and granite tile floor. It was a difficult job because the original tiles are cut to an odd size, and are no longer made. Also, the original installation of the tiles was done improperly, which is what led to cracked tiles and grout. Ovi helped us obtain the closest match we could find for the tiles, pulled the bad tiles up, re-installed a whole section, and then re-grouted. Ovi is not only a reasonably priced, highly skilled tradesman, but he is also incredibly honest, personable, kind. We will definitely be utilizing Ovi's services again in the future, and we highly recommend his work.

ovi was just great. Starting with estimate till the final sealing of the tiles, ovi was very professional during the whole project. a few times he made suggestions which in hindsight I was glad that I listened. he was very clear on the actual work right from the beginning which actually tells me that he knows what he does quite well. he even offered to come by when the glass enclosure is being installed by another company just to make sure the glass is sealed properly. he didn't need to do this but it shows how much he cares about the work that he does. I can keep going on describing all the good work but at the end of the day I am personally happy with the final work and my bathroom looks great now. highly recommended..

The Contractor was easy to contact and punctual in our first meeting to quote the job. After deciding to go with this Contractor, his quote was very reasonable, all communication with the Contractor was very poor and unprofessional. The Contractor failed to show up to start the job on three consecutive days and after the third day of not arriving I cancelled all work with the Contractor. The Contractor explained he was busy finishing up an earlier job the first two times and that he had forgot my address the third time. I got the sense that he really didn't want to do this job and was reaching for excuses as to why he couldn't show up to start the work. If that was the case, PLEASE just be honest with people so they don't waste time thinking that there may actually be some follow through. I was willing to give the Contractor flexibility to finish prior work and understand that jobs sometimes run over the expected completion date, but the biggest annoyance was that the Contractor never reached out to me to explain that he was not going to show, never sent a text or a voicemail explaining his scheduling conflicts. I always had to contact the Contractor and inquire whether the Contractor would be working on that day. If I had known that working with this Contractor was going to be this big of a hassle and his lack of communication about start date, delays, and scheduling conflicts would be this problematic, I would have gone with someone else. Also, I would caution about providing any money up front to this Contractor. I was very grateful that I did not provide any down payment on future work to be performed. Please beware of my mistakes with this Contractor

Great Very happy with work

I hired Ovi and his team first for two tasks and than after seeing how good the work looks like ended up renovating the whole house with them. Ovi and his team have been wonderful and extremely professional. They made it their personal mission to do the work to the highest standard of ceramic tiling. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great communication throughout the process with scheduling and planning and the end result is just beautiful. Work was done quickly and efficiently and just when I needed it, too. Ovi is a very friendly guy and clearly an expert at what he does. We will be using him again for some bathrooms.

Ovidiu was on time for estimate and measured how much tile I should order. He was a lot more reasonable than 2 other bids I received and the square footage of tile was lower, but I immediately found him trustworthy. We scheduled and he was prompt and tidy. I ordered epoxy grout from Ann Sacks (where I got the tiles) not knowing it was more difficult to work with, but Ovidiu did a great job, my general contractor even commented on his work. Upon completion he made sure the job was to our expectations and we still have 2 boxes of overage. I referred Ovidiu to 2 friends thus far and they too are very pleased. He will be back to do our guest bath this fall.

I can't say enough good things about Ovi. I had many questions while picking out tile and he was always very prompt in answering my questions and giving his advice. He showed up on-time, was great in explaining everything and offering suggestions. The work he did was superb and went above and beyond. While the area was small, the job was not trivial. Here what was done: 1. Fill big gap with concrete under the side panels. 2. Pour additional layer of concrete top of the shower base to raise the floor. 3. Install new tiles regular shape. 4. Finish all grouting on floor, and caulk shower base. 5. Clean and seal all shower wall stone panels. Recaulk all corners. ------- Total price $800, which includes all the materials except for tiles. Ovidiu, the professional who performed the job was great! Highly recommended! Will hire again!

I had a kitchen backsplash installed. I chose marble tile and had it done in a herringbone design. I chose a complex design and Ovidiu handled it like a champ! Many of the tiles had to be cut so it was very labor intensive. He was prompt and professional. I would hire again.
