My only caveat is to confirm exactly what you want done (cold water or hot water pressure cleaning) and exactly how big your roof is.
Their initial quote was for cold water and was based on the Broward property appraiser's estimate of square footage of the house.
I told them that I wanted hot water cleaning and they told me the roof square footage is bigger than the appraiser's estimate of the house square footage. The combination of these 2 factors increased the the price by $75.

I had a party on the weekend and I was looking for a provider that could respond and provide the service in a very short time frame. Jeremy was very responsive and supportive to make the job and include it in his schedule.
He and one more person arrive the day scheduled (a little bit earlier than expected), and perform a very good job, moving the patio furniture, cleaning and removing the mold between the patio bricks and also cleaning the side walk.
Overall very happy with the work done and the cost, and I appreciate the responsiveness vs other providers that did not even respond to the emails.

"Thank you very much I am glad you were happy with the work I performed and my attention to detail. I appologize about some of the run off water going into your pool. I am afraid that a tarp would not work in your circumstance because your patio floor has low laying areas where some dirty water will still be emptied in. Where tarps would help, would be in instances where the roof over shoots the patio and water from the roof is being directly drained into the pool. ThankfulIy that wasn't the case for you.
