Great Customer Service Hunter and Colt was Awesome

Recently we had to install sprinklers and put sods in our yard. we selected this company because they were quick to respond and communicated well, also offered fair price buddy is a great , diligent and faithful to his word . I am very satisfied with what he did. I would definitely recommend him to everyone 5 stars are not enough for him.

Buddy is GREAT, quality of work, Fantastic, We got the wireless controller, very easy to program, and the smart water feature is a plus.

I needed my 16 yr old sprinkler system to be repaired since we bought the house a year ago and have not been able to use it. I called several companies to come out and give me a quote, the first and 2nd company wanted to charge me my 1st born and have me do all the digging myself basically. I was ready to just give up when I decided to check out 1 more place Home Advisor sent me the info for, that's where Buddy's company Jenkins prop solutions showed up, read the reviews (Which I normally don't trust anymore due to so many bad experiences) but I decided to call him Sunday afternoon, he just sounded like a pleasant polite man, and he said he would be out the next day Monday so I said ok let's see what we get. Buddy updated me throughout that he was stuck in traffic etc etc and when he arrived he diagnosed the problem right away, found the wires underground that had been cut, checked all my sprinkler heads which were many with this Hunter system, and replaced those that needed it. Before he fixed them Buddy gave me the option to do it myself to save money! I almost thought this guy was too good to be true but you know what he said it himself, I may not make as much as these other guys because I don't overcharge people but I will be passing down this company to my kids and I want people to remember my company for how we treated them. For two hours of work plus all the sprinklers he had to fix it was an extremely fair price. We need more businesses in every area to operate like Buddy, if only that was easy to find. So now I have my trusted lawn guy and my A/C guy with Freedom Air, everyone else so far has been a bunch of crooks. Thanks Buddy for being one of the good ones.

We hired Jenkins property solutions to do some major yard clean up trimming bushes, light tree work and weeding. Buddy was quick to respond and communicated well. He arrived promptly when he said he would and completed everything in the time he estimated. We have now hired them to continue with monthly yard and lawn maintenance.

In April 2020 I went to HomeAdvisor to look for someone to install a new sprinkler system. I chose three companies to give me an estimate and buddy with Jenkins Proper solution is the one I selected and here are the reasons why: friendly, on time, reliable reasonable, knowledgeable & patient. He’s a great man and I would recommend his company to all my loved ones and friends thanks buddy for the fantastic job you done.

Buddy did an excellent job and was able to get our irrigation system repaired and functional again. I would definitely hire him again for any outside yard issues.

Buddy cut down a 30' Palm tree that was inside a corner only 4' from my house. There was a 20' wide space between a pool screen and a fence where the tree could fall without damaging anything. He explained his plan before I hired him so I knew exactly what to expect. He arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and executed his plan in a safe manner.

Buddy was hired to clear our yard of tree trunks and debris after Josh Guy and his "Central Florida Trees and Land" aka "Guys Tree Service" did not show up or answer over 150 calls, messages and texts to return to finish the job, that they had already been paid to complete.. Buddy was empathetic, very professional, and did the work in 2 days. Good work for a fair price

Buddy showed up on time to meet for a quote. Many others did not.Other contractors offered excuses or called back way late. This contractor is hard working. Completed under the time he said. Kept the cost to the quote. No monkey business. Had one small issue with a valve box a little low. This was corrected immediately in a timely manner. Happy to use him for future requests. Honest and hardworking.

Knows the business and preforms quality work at a fair cost.

Was able to come out and do the work very well and quickly. Highly recommend!
