Fast appointment and very reliable. Cleaned my furniture arms and they now look brand new again. Awesome, so pleased. The service guys were super nice and informative. We had a slight cleaning mark left after drying and I just called and they will fix in a jiffy. Highly recommend!

Had our master bath tile and grout cleaned. It was more of a general cleaning than just intensive grout cleaning.

This company cleaned the grout between our tiles that are in our living room, dining room, and kitchen. They came to assess the job and explained why their method of cleaning was the best, however, I wasn't impressed with the results. (Maybe our grout wasn't that dirty after all??) My husband said he could see a big difference but I couldn't. They came back to the house a couple days later to complete the job, and the cost was about the same as other companies.

The customer service is great. One Minute worked with my schedule and even helped me find a carpet stretcher/repairman. Tony and his team did a great job. I love the dry method of carpet cleaning. The carpet was clean and dry within an hour of service.

I hired them to clean carpet and tile in my condo. When booking the appointment, Bobby asked lots of informed questions about the content of the pet stains I was worried about and was clear about the cleaning process. They arrived within the window of time scheduled, called to let me know they were en route, and we’re extreme pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. All of the staff I talked to knew a lot about removing pet stains of all sorts. Their method involved no chemicals and no steam so I could walk on the floors immediately. I recommend them enthusiastically!

I hired them to clean a 3 bedroom condo that we purchased recently. The team of three showed up promptly, finished quickly, moved my heavy furniture and were very polite. The rugs really did dry quickly. They don't use steam-they use a solvent that dries quickly. They also cleaned a sofa. Everything smelled and looked fresh and clean. The solvent odor stuck around for a few hours. I had to open the windows to help scent dissipate. Not terrible but I wanted it gone. Not sure if it works as well as or better than steam. hard to judge because the carpets are old and light colored and we haven't been in house long enough to make a comparison. Price was less than steam cleaning quotes so it was worth a try.
