The team who came to my home did their best to clean a material that had been stained for a long time. Some of the stains were not readily visible (under the cushion on the sofa was a big one). But if I had called much earlier, I think they would have had a better chance of success. They did a nice job on the chairs. Everything looks much much better than it did before they cleaned. They know their business and it shows.

Prompt. Tech knowledgeable and pointed out spots I hadn t noticed. Dining chairs not as clean as hoped

The unusual cleaning process surprised me. I would have liked to have known in advance that they use corn husks and citrus oils. The process did work though, and I now have clean carpets.
