Quick and easy. Because I am not a scientist, I don't know 🤷‍♀️ if the dry process is better than the steam process, but they were great people!

When they finished this 10 year old wall to wall carpeting it looked brand new. They removed spots that had been cleaned by 4 other cleaners, who left them, and there was no trace of about 20 dime sized spots. Outstanding results.

They were prompt, personable, courteous and efficient. I even spilled a cup of coffee while they were cleaning to which they got right on it. I also like the philosophy of their method and product. It dried very fast and left my house smelling fresh. Very eco friendly.

Our experience with this company was wonderful. The owner Bobby Pratts and his assistant Tony were enthusiastic and customer-service oriented. They moved our furniture and did a thorough cleaning throughout our unit. We were VERY pleased with the results! They did such a great job that we asked them to clean our dining room chairs as well. They removed stains that I thought would never come out. We will definitely use them again next year, and will add a grout cleaning as well. (Their process pet-friendly and green so I am not sure what Greg D. is referring to.)

Bobby and staff; very capable. Bobby explained in detail the process and the schedule at initial in home interview. Job was done quickly and precisely as described. We had 5 area rugs and a carpeted room that was finished in 1-1/2 hours, moving furniture included. Very impressed. Finally the cost of service was extremely reasonable.
