Our 13 year old Westie left urine on our new bedroom carpet. (Silver and bright white). Had a carpet cleaner come in and still yellow stains. We called bobby as we had mildew stains on our outdoor lounge chairs and he took a look at our urine stained carpet and cleaned it spotless and brought it back to life. He is the Man! I am over the top pleased and yes, the mildew cushions look like new. Nice people to work with too! Unfortunately, Westie is still banned from the bedroom. Technician Bobby did a great job, dealing with "shag" carpet that hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. He got rid of some bad stains, was quick yet thorough, and the price was right. Carpet looks and smells better than it has in years.

Some areas were great! Some not as good. The technicians were very nice, professional and worked very hard. I am not convinced the dry system is best. I have never seen or used such a means for cleaning and a few well soiled areas were not able to be cleaned. I was disappointed with part of the results and very happy with others. I would question the system before committing, to be sure it is best for you. I am very happy with the quick dry time and the dedication of the two techs. I also felt they were honest. They discouraged me from doing a tile job, because they honestly didn't feel it would turn out better.

Very good rug cleaning service. The two men who came out called first then arrived on time. They were very sweet to my little dogs. They explained the service and cleaned my carpets perfectly. Price was less than all other quotes. Had to comment - service was perfect!!!

Because my carpet had been cleaned by many methods before, they were unable to clean it to my satisfaction. They did a test area first and determined I would not be happy with the results. They were very honest and professional and when I purchase new carpet I would use them to clean it.
