Third time I have used them to move furniture. Satisfied etach time, reasonable rates. Movers were clean, courteous, and prompt. They called and let me know arrivall time.

We are not finished yet but so far the three men were totally organized, quick thinking, courteous, helpful, very careful with the furniture and worked at a fast pace even in the extreme heat. They are storing our belongings for a week and delivering them in a few more days.

Always a great job

Movers were professional, courteous, took extra special care of furniture. I would give them a solid 5 but they were not here at the agreed upon time. Eventually I got a call from the office stating that they had run into unforeseen delays with their first delivery. That’s understandable; however I would have appreciated an update from the office as soon as they knew there would be a delay.

Moving is awful, even with movers. The two REALLY nice men from World Compass made this our least stressful move! Professional, courteous, patient, hard-working; they were amazing! SO glad we used a moving company from SW (as opposed to SE) Florida!

Was suppose to show up at 11am. No show, no call. I called at 11:30 and they were running late. Said they could come the next day at 8am or try to get another crew there later. My husband and I decided to move the furniture ourselves since we already had some of the small items moved out of the rooms. No communication. Very disappointed !

WORLD COMPASS Movers are the best if you're looking for a reliable moving company look no further stop wasting your valuable time and just contact these guy's I spoke with the office manager told him I needed to move a 900lbs Gun Safe asap and his reply back to me was how about 2hrs. from now I nearly fell off my chair!!! And the price was very very reasonable. Now you have to keep in mind that I contacted 3 others and had one no show no call back and two companies declined my job. Go with Compus movers you won't be disappointed.

The 2-person team that moved us were hard-working, careful with our belongings, friendly, and efficient. Not only did they do a great job with our local move, but also the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. We will be moving again in November and I will definitely call them to help us with that upcoming move.

I was so pleased working with this company. They were timely, very careful with my furniture and moved quickly. The price was far less than any other company I called for a quote and the service they provided far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be calling these people again for big and small moving jobs.

Smooth moving process, great price.

This company was recommended to me by a consignor. I needed furniture moved from a condo to the consignor's shop. I called the number and left at least 3 messages before a lady returned my call. I explained to her what I needed and she made a list of the items to be moved. She said there were 18 items. However, after I talked to her the Consignor decided she wanted a wicker patio set that we had, which added a table and 4 chairs but were very light weight and could be moved quickly and easily. The lady on the phone knew the items would have to be unloaded at the consignment shop because I told her this and they have worked with the consignor before. She said she would call her boss and get a quote. I had to call her back, she said her boss said $250.00. There was no mention of an hourly rate. The movers were supposed to come between 10:00 and 12:00. They arrived at around 1:30 PM. I had to call them 2 times to find out if they were still coming. There were two guys who showed up. They were very careful with the furniture and they did a good job. I have no complaint with them except that it took a lot longer to load the furniture than I thought. What should have been two hours took over three. When I started to write the check for $250.00, I was told that it was going to be more. I then talked with the owner who told me that I would have to pay $125.00 an hour. I explained to him that I had gotten a fixed quote from a lady in his office. He basically called me a liar and told me that I would have to pay for 3 hours to move from my condo and then pay for two hours to unload at the consignors. So $250 turned into $575.00 with a so called discount applied. I told the owner I would never use his service again and that in the future, he might want to talk to the customer in order to give a correct quote. I have no idea how long it took to unload the furniture at the consignment store, but I still had to pay for two hours which was never mentioned to start with. Had I been given the correct quote to start with, I would not have used this company. Any profit I make off the furniture will probably not even pay for the move. I would just have donated the furniture to a non profit and they would have picked it up for free.

They were over 3 hours late and Ben would not return my calls. Bad Experience. . I would not recommend this company.
