Our team specializes in water damage and restoration, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and tile & grout cleaning. We have high powered truck mounted units that are equipped to clean condos up to 8th floor units. We have over two decades of experience in cleaning and maintaining commercial and residential flooring, upholstery, tile, and water damage. We also specialize in hurricane damage. Since 1986, our number one goal has been customer satisfaction, and over the years we have continually raised the bar in exceeding customer expectations. In fact, we even guarantee our services; if at any time you are not completely satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem.

The day of the move/cleaning, the owner and I were in contact, and he arrived late in the day, right when I needed him to, and he worked after hours and through a torrential rainstorm to get the carpets cleaned. Because of his willingness to work with my uncertain timeline, I was able to leave town that evening for the long drive to my new house.
I would highly recommend TST. Great owner and great service.

"New from the beginning of our phone conversation ,I should have refunded the deal.Very short with me and fast.Went to her home rooms of carpet were much larger than the square footage.Three large area rugs cleaned by myself personally. Then tile comes up .Kitchen and bathroom covered the square footage and time told her that before I started. When we finished she noticed the difference in tile and was very unhappy,day and night difference.So I went on and did dining room, living room hallway and laundry room.All the tile in her home. Cancelled a appt I had because of the size of the job we were not expecting over the phone.Took complete advantage of my special.Tile alone would have cost her $500.00. Brad Tanner owner"

these people really worked hard and our carpets were the cleanest and prettiest they have been since we owned the house 12 years ago. they payed extra attention to areas i pointed out and even offered to come back to help put the furniture in place as we had moved everything before they arrived.
i will call them for the same job next year!
"16 months later,you write a review, at that time I was working two jobs. And yes I was raising a young daughter at that time who moved down here to live with me from Cleveland. "Declining to do pencil thin grout,is because of past experience,it never ends up to my expectations,and the time would have been more than twice. Tile cleaning standard in the industry is .50 cents a square foot. I was at .25 cents a square.That is our company policy,if It can't be done perfect we pass on the job"
