Needed my roof done fairly quick. I called Michael Glosque, who was referred to my by a friend. From the first phone call to the completion of my roof, Michael showed his professionalism. He took his time to figure out what I was looking for as well and was very personable throughout the whole process. If anyone is looking for a reliable and professional person call Michael. My experience with him and his work has been nothing short of perfect.

Installed new skylights. Provided professional crew, cleaned up after each work day, followed up as needed.

Management is so disorganized and unresponsive to customers it looks like an episode on the Three Stooges

It has taken them a month to do my roof and it is still not finished. They stopped to get more work than they could handle.

They left their employees for 2 full days without food, access to a bathroom, and no transportation. have less than 5 days of work and had not shown up,

Great experience beginning to end. We were kept informed every step of the way. The crew was very good and they were fast as well. My roof looks great.

Brendon, the project manager, kept us informed every step of the way. Very professional! The crew used quality materials which they promised to do, and were very professional in how they worked. I was blown away by how the crew could work almost all day without even talking. Everyone knew what they were doing and did their job. They worked flawlessly and fast. Inspections by the county went smoothly and without a hitch and the job passed all inspections. They cleaned up great and left the yard even better than they found it. My house now has a new roof that I am proud of and confident that it will last many years. Thank you Total Home Roofing! I would certainly recommend you to anyone without any reservation!

Sales rep was very informative. Listened to my questions and concerns. Work was scheduled sooner than I had expected and effeciently completed. Tarps were put down to cover plantings. Area was cleaned when completed. I was very familiar with the roofing process, as I had helped my dad when I was younger. I would highly recommend them.

The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and the work was completed and seems to be in very good condition. BUT, we were told it would take 2-3 days for our roofing project and it took 5 -6 days. There were multiple delays and poor communication. After the year off the job site was left a mess with the shingles in a pile next to the dumpster and nails everywhere. The county inspector came out and threatened to shut the job down if it was not cleaned up! After the shingles were put on the job site was still full of nails (both the tear off and shingle install were completed after sundown, so in the dark they can not clean up properly if they cannot see the debris).I asked the foreman on day one for good communication but that is not what we received. This was not a smooth experience and I do not recommend this company. We have a new roof and we are glad of that but why do not so many contractors communicate with the customer? And the experience overall was just frustrating.

Nobody calls you back. they left shingles on the roof knowing a wind storm was coming the next day. They flew off the roof and ripped through our Lani screens. Does anybody do anything hell no. I was told several times someone was going to call me back. No one did. would not recommend this company.

They do not do all the things they state they will in the contract. No applying tarps around the house perimeter and lanai screens during tear off, 6 nails per shingle? 5 nails were as common as 6. Almost no communication or supervision on site. Excess materials left on property for over two weeks, in the middle of the driveway.

Total Home Roofing is WONDERFUL , lets begin by saying they return calls and actually show up ON TIME. Andy Ward was absolutely fantastic; kind, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I really appreciate his attention to detail and follow through. I love that they offer the option to finance the roof and offer free inspections.
