Project started out great with our sales rep Gary Johnson coming out as scheduled and producing a competitive quote. We selected them to do the project and within 3 days they were out stripping the roof. Afternoon storms rolled in and the workers stayed on the roof tarping the roof to prevent leaks, even during some pretty intense rain. I was impressed and let Gary know. The project was then handed over to a project coordinator. That is when I experienced issues. After laying the tar paper, the roof failed 4 inspections, the last one the inspector noted NO CHANGE!!!. it took almost 2 weeks to get the inspection passed. When I spoke with the project coordinator they kept making excuses and told me what I wanted to hear, but did nothing to correct the problem. Eventually my text messages went unanswered for 2 days. That is when I reached back out to Gary, and he appeared not pleased with how my roof was going. He immediately took control, and within 2 days my inspection had passed. He told me if I had any questions, contact him. The shingles started immediately after, all the while constant communication from Gary via text was happening. Two days later, my roof was done, final inspection passed and my roof looks awesome. Great company, great job, but the coordinating was way off. Gary was awesome in getting my roof finished quickly. I would recommend and would use again, but be careful of the project coordinators.

Roofing project was started on June 13, 2022. This job has been a nightmare from the beginning with damage now to the interior of my home. Made a phone call first thing Monday morning on July 18th after a leak appeared over my brand new bed and I have waited all week to hear back from someone or someone to come take care of the problem. No one has done anything my husband has called and I have called and no response. My dad called and said I should get a call and that was about 48 hours ago now. Inspector was here on July 14th and failed the inspection because cap nails were used in the drip edge and they need to be taken out. I could really care less about that but I am beyond disgusted that my brand new mattress got wet on multiple occasions. My husband is disabled and the bed is a solid therapeutic bed which I can not move myself. I will be speaking to my attorney tomorrow. 5 weeks for a job I was told would take 3-4 days. I understand they miscalculated how much material was needed and I was ok with that but I am not ok with no communication and the roof not being completed. Also my dad was told our project manager and project coordinator are no longer employees. I will hire someone else to finish the job now to prevent further damage inside my house.

They started working on the project, then for 2 weeks no work has been done. The project is an abandoned worksite now for 2 weeks with construction materials, shingle packages etc. just lying about. Customer service is ghosting: no replies to emails, or phone messages. Thinking about suing them.

This company has poor customer service and does not communicate with the customer. It took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job.

They caused water damage inside my home. They did not use a tarp to cover the roof over the linear so this caused many leaks. I called complained and took pictures and kept calling. No calls back.

They did an excellent job. The only problem was a communication problem. Everything was finally resolved. The roof looks great.

I had a great experience working with Gary Johnson at Total Home Roofing. He was able to explain the entire process to me and made himself available for follow up questions as well. He also had pictures and examples of different shingle options to help me make the best decision for my roof. I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends!

I can not rave enough about the quality of work from the company. It all started with the help of Mike Glosque. From the very beginning he was polite, knowledgeable and very accommodating to all of my questions. He made it an easy choice. After that the work done was perfect. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. I can not thank Mike enough for our new roof!

Not only did he consistently show up on time, but he finished the project early and was willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate my schedule. Definitely a total professional the whole time. He even helped me catch my dog after she got out!!! Final project turned out great!!! Definitely will be using him again.

Andy Ward was GREAT he presented the company very well. There years experience satisfied customers there warranty and so much more to mention. Andy Ward also was a very pleasant person with a nice personality. He mentioned the warranty and I was really excited that made the icing on the cake.
