Total Home Roofing are a great company with a terrific customer service

They replaced my roof after Ian. The roof is uneven, shingles not flat, ridge caps were falling off, shingled over a vent pipe, even sticking up about 3 inches. I have been dealing with this since January. Nothing done yet! Although they told me it would be corrected and even put an empty dumpster in my driveway for about three weeks and picked the same empty dumpster up now I have a big rust stain in my driveway from it. Now two of their people told me what a poor job it is and it has to be replaced, but they say they are not going to do it. I guess I have to lawyer up. Even called the news is called about it, people need to see this as the worst I have ever seen.

We were like everyone else in our area after Ian. We had a visit with David the field salesman and he was very professional and personable in our visit. We chose Total Home Roofing over 7 other estimates because of David and his presentation on the shingles being used and the warranty. We were contacted by the office scheduling on which side of our driveway they could block with the bin and supplies. Once the crew arrived to start the roof which was 5 days after the driveway was blocked they removed the old roof and installed the underlayment for the shingles. When the crew departed for the day I did a walk around the area and discovered that when they were spreading the sealant on the roof they splattered some on our generator and the Water tank for the R/O system. The rain detector for our irrigation system was ripped out of the facia on the side of our home. Our pool also had over 2 dozen nails in it and were left there till our pool service noticed them. We had to remove the nails ourselves but, the nails had already done damage by staining the pebble tech bottom of our pool. The finished product looks great and we are happy to have a roof again. Out complaint is that the new site foreman came by to do a walk thru and field any issues. I showed her our issues and was told that they could deduct $500.00 from the price of the roof or they could send their vendors to correct the issues and I chose the vendors since we had already paid for the roof in full. Well it has been an ordeal so far getting any issue taken care of. I contacted David since he was the only person I had information for sine the original foreman (Juan) was no longer there. We have been waiting now almost 2 months and have heard from no vendors. I have spoken to the QA person who calls every other week since completion to see how things are going and I tell her the same thing, (NO VENDORS HAVE CALLED). I always hear the she will pass the info on to the office to move things forward but, I guess they don't care as long as they were paid. We had to clean the sealant from our generator and R/O tank ourselves along with removing the nails from the pool. I firmly believe that we will eventually end up paying for our pool to be cleaned ourselves and repairing the rain sensor for our irrigation system. Great looking roof but, bad follow-up customer service in backing up their word on taking care of our concerns. I would not recommend this company because of the follow-up service they provide. These items are small to fix. I just hope we don't have any issues with the roof once rainy season arrives and there is a leak.

Did a botched roof installation and they do not want to follow through and make it right. I have snake runs up the entire front of my home. They installed the roof in a complete rain storm and left my wood exposed to the elements. They are not willing to repair their horrible workmanship even though they keep sending people out to inspect the house. The roof has failed inspection by the city 3 times. l know they are threatening to put a lien on my home because I am not willing to pay until I get the roof that I contracted for. These people are horrendous to deal with. They do not care about the consumer. All I want is the job done right and then I will pay them. I just want the roof done correctly with no bulges in my roof. It looks like there are huge moles running under the shingles. I am so embarrassed.

Roof uneven not matching the wrong singles end caps falling off, and they want to patch it they need to replace it and fixed not patched. Terrible job been not having them for 3 weeks. This is less than 2 months old they finished beginning Jan 2023.

The total lack of follow through and finishing the job by cleaning up when the rug they used is sitting in my yard for two weeks is ridiculous, they keep telling me that they would come to remove it but it does not happen, I am not happy.

Not very professional they come by whenever they want. They just drop off materials but never do nothing. I have call them and they do not answer any of my calls. Would not recommend them to anybody.

Cody explained the process start to finish. We realized that the process could take longer because of demand from hurricane Ian . So far satisfied with this company

Dealing with Mickael Glosque and his professional and friendly attitude ,convinced me this was going to be a honest company to do my business with.

On time for estimate and contract. Very flexible on color selection.

Joe Pitt was my contact and I was impressed that he came to my house, did the evaluation, and showed me my options. The work started in the timeframe he said it would and was completed in a record TWO DAYS! WOW! I am very happy with the result and would recommend Joe and Total Home Roofing to anyone.

They while the installation went well everything after has been an issue. From minor thing s to leaving the dumpster in driveway for weeks to major problems by not having the roof approved by the city 5 months later. Now no one will take my calls or emails anymore we have minor damage from hurricane Eian they wont do the repairs right away. But it will void the warrantee if anyone else does it so we are stuck and have no way of contacting anyone at company.

have not yet done work scheduled (2nd promise) slow permitting??? /

I cannot say anything good about them, took forever to begin, did not take trash and were just bad. I just called them last week, 4 months after roof was finished to report a leak. They informed me that since there was a storm they were not responsible. Well for what I paid them , you would think they would at least take a look at my problem. I guess their roof guarantee only counts if it never rains. Use at your own risk.

Great Company!

I was lied to over and over. I did not pick up 6 bags of cut shingles after being told they would take care of it by the foreman, the sales rep, the final company inspector, and someone on the phone at Bonita's office. There are still 30 or so loose nails laying on the roof. If you step on a nail, the roof leaks. Slopped tar on the roof around all vents. I am a retired carpenter who built the roofs of four of my own houses, two of my sisters' houses, and dozens of other roofs for pay.

What a great experience! Andy Ward helped us from start to finish with our new roof. His knowledge of the pros and cons to fit what was best for our Fl home gave us a peace of mind while we are away. We strongly recommend working with Andy Thank you!

From start to finish, Total Home Roofing hit a high mark and never faltered. My salesman, Mike, was professional, timely, sincere, and believed in his product and company. Workers arrived timely as promised and completed the job in a matter of days, start to finish. Inspections with my county were scheduled seamlessly. Workers were diligent and professional and did an excellent job. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for any business. You will not be disappointed!

Our first contact with Total Home was with Andy Ward, the sales person, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and informative. We selected their company and they promptly set a date and showed up with a crew. They got the roof done in a little over a week which was amazing since there was 2 layers of old shingles that had to be removed and 80% of the plywood had to be replaced. The crew was hard working (often showed up before daylight), cleaned up the area well, Contacts with the office was great, they returned phone calls and responded quickly to concerns about interior and driveway damage.
