Great ! Turned out to be a bad ignition coil and spark plug. Fixed right away and charged a minimal amount for the parts and repair. In the future I will take my vehicle there first. I highly recommend this shop.

I paid another shop 3 times and the problem wasn’t fixed, REA said I shouldn’t have had to pay. Well after paying them 125.00 their fix lasted 1 day? when I brought it back the fixed the correct way and charged me 139.00 they are no better than the last place I went and I’ll never return.

I spent a couple hours fixing your messed up exhaust on a lifted not factory vehicle and only charged you for an hour and a few clamps. If there was an issue with the charge you could have spoke with me about it and we could have come to some kind of middle ground. Nothing was said to me though. As you can see by my reviews on here that I’m very professional and have good communication skills. I was unaware of you were unhappy. The guys were super—never even laughed! Made an appointment and he pulled the seat out, retrieved the bracelet and put it all back together at a very reasonable charge. The shop is spotless clean, the guys super polite and respectful. A pleasure to deal with.

This was a great experience, the owner, Ryan was knowledgeable with these kind of problems on classic cars and he fixed the issues in a very professional fashion and in less time than I expected. His pricing was very reasonable. His is a small effective shop that provides excellent service the customers.

Having travelled 1300+ miles for vacation, we noticed a problem with our vehicle. It's always an uncomfortable position to be needing auto service when you don't know anything about the shops in the area, and don't have someone to make a recommendation. Ryan was able to get us in the same day and did the repair immediately at a very fair price. Couldn't recommend more highly.

1) Ran diagnostic determined plug wires and other related parts were problem. Corrected as needed and engine ran like it was new when work done. 2) Found issue causing lights to malfunction replaced malfunctioning parts restoring proper function to all lights affected. 3) Repaired one tire going flat with nail in it when I drove into shop, without an appointment. Another visit re-plugged leak in one of two tires previously repaired incorrectly by another shop and replaced second tire that had slow leak from dry-rot with used tire until set of new tires could be ordered; all at very, reasonable cost. Also checked and refilled air in worn spare tire to correct level. Very knowledgeable and professional. No upselling, add-ons or other games for which auto dealers and repair shops are notorious. In short, honest, professional and provide quality work with superior results.

A little background first....we are originally from New England where we always had trusted, knowlegable local mechanics who charged us a fair price when work was needed on our vehicles. We've been living in the SW Florida area for about 15 years & have, unfortunately, not found the same to be true down here & have bounced from the dealerships to other local shops, but "finally" think we have found a home w/ R.E.A!! We moved back to Bonita Springs about 3 years ago from Naples &....sorry, no other way to say it...but felt "ripped off" by the local BMW dealerships & also had negative experiences @ 2 other local shops....one whom we think had truly nice, honest technicians, but not the necessary computerized equipment/knowledge to work on our particular car & the other whom we feel strongly just took advantage of us, a Bonita company we've since read many negative comments about doing the same to others........ Bottom line: Our new FAV mechanic is REA....

We are relatively new to the area, and were looking for a highly skilled, trustworthy, reasonably priced mechanic/shop to take care of our 2 cars. We posted this question to a neighborhood electronic bulletin board and REA was mentioned by several neighbors. Our experience exceeded our high expectations. Ryan provided detailed estimates for the work over the phone and made an appointment within 2 days. I asked about several additional issues on each care and was ready to spend more money to get additional things taken care of. Ryan provided detailed explanations of all the various issues (after he did research on several to diagnose the problems); for some he provided estimates and for others he recommended against services I was ready to pay for - along with explanations of why they weren't needed. Ryan even provided a loaner care while he worked on ours. Very pleased that we've found the mechanic/shop we were looking for!

Ryan Krape was excellent in dealing with my tire issue. He was referred to me by a friend as a reputable, family oriented business who "doesn't sell you what you don't need," which is a welcomed phrase when describing automotive shops. Ryan texted me back immediately and we secured an appointment to take care of the agreed upon work. He got me the tires I needed and made the experience easy - in and out, with friendly conversation with his father who is also a mechanic in the shop. Ryan at REA automotive is by far the best we've ever been to. We have had our car at multiple reputable auto shops for the same ignition problem and no one could figure it out, Ryan was able to diagnose the problem within a day of looking at the car and got it fixed right. After seeing how good Ryan is, we decided to have him keep the car an extra day and do the suspension work as well as some other little things. His pricing is extremely fair and his work is second to none. He is extremely honest, when we thought certain things needed to be done he was very straight forward in telling us what good shape some of those things were in when most shops would just replaced and charged you. Ryan even took the time to take us out to the car and pop the hood to show us exactly what parts went where. We are now customers for life and will recommend him to everyone we know.

Ryan did a fine job on a tune-up roughly a year back, so when I had a very serious problem I turned to him again. I have to work and I absolutely need my car. I don't have a spare. So timing was pretty crucial too; I needed my car back as soon as humanly possible. I dropped my car off late Friday. He told me he had something important to do away from the shop on Saturday. Thus, I had no expectation of seeing my car until late Tuesday at the earliest since replacing a clutch is major surgery - very time consuming and a lot of expertise is required. My car was done shortly after lunch on Monday!! I would never expect him to do it again for me - or anyone - but Ryan tore my car apart on a Sunday instead of being with his family as is his custom. I'm not a close friend or a frequent customer and that's the kind of responsiveness I got from someone I barely know who understood my situation. My car shifts beautifully and stops as smoothly as it did when it was brand new - so long ago. I consider the price for labor and parts to be very reasonable and fair - especially considering the amazing turn around time. With Ryan there's no hemming and hawing or excuses. His estimate was spot on give or take a few bucks so I had good expectancy, no sticker shock. And as I've made very clear, Ryan performed way above and beyond. He's an honest, hard working guy with a ton of talent and I have every reason to expect what he did for me he would do for anyone. I won't bring my car to anyone but him.

Making an appointment was quick, the two staff members that helped me with what I needed done (Ryan & Jerry) were both very nice. The work that finished was written up was at a great price. Normally when I had my car serviced it'd take days to get it back and that was for simple things like new tires & alignment. R.E.A. had my car for no less than 24 hours. Considering I dropped off my car late into the day around closing time those guys had my car sitting pretty in a matter of hours! I highly recommend R.E.A. Automotive for any future auto repairs.

Ryan was very professional and all the repairs were done in a timely fashion. Ryan does very clean work and leaves your vehicle looking like it did when you left it with him and not dirty and greasy. I would recommend him to everyone. Bottom line is they do good quality work for a fair price! This is a very trustworthy business that cares about your needs and does whatever needed to keep you happy. I can guarantee you that if you give them a chance you will be very happy with their work, pricing and service. I will definitely be back!!!

Had a 10:30 a.m. appointment but got in sooner due to availability. Had scheduled an oil change, however I know this mechanic is very thorough and upon inspecting my wife's car he politely came and requested that I look at the wear on the tires as in his professional opinion they looked as though they had never been rotated. After looking at them I gave the approval to rotate the tires as Nissan had never informed my wife of any uneven wear when she would take it to them for oil changes. The car only has 26,000 miles. My car was ready to go by 11:00 a.m. oil changed and tires rotated.

It went fabulously as always. In the past I've had some work done on cars. Every task was completed without complication. With my current vehicle I had a transmission/clutch, and a catalytic converter replaced on my car. Just routine maintenance to keep it going, but whenever something goes wrong, I know I can count on R.E.A to get it done correctly and without flaw.
