Fixed my Kinetico water system. Initially thought I needed a replacement of the resin in our Kinetico system at a substantial cost. Ben the Kinetico Tech was able to diagnose the problem and find a solution. The tech was very diligent and helpful in explaining what he would do. Can't say enough about this Tech. Thank you

Roger was extremely knowledgeable. He demonstrated and explained exactly why we needed an RO system. There was no sales pitch as we had experienced with other companies, just a clear explanation of what was available for what price. The staff was very professional. The tech did a great job with the installation. He cleaned up his workstation when he was finished and left everything just as he found it.

Everything about our water has changed 100% , we can drink it from anywhere in the house it has made a difference in our laundry our showers and even the dishes. I just wish we had gotten our whole home R/O system sooner. The salesman Rick was easy and no pressure he explained our water to us and what products they had to help us and this extended to the install guy BJ who was also professional and explained things further, the whole experience was exceptional and I would recommend if you are going to upgrade or buy a new water system do like me and give Kinetico a call you won't be disappointed.

We had a complete water treatment system for our whole house including drinking water installed after receiving three quotes, we selected Kinectico of SWF. House was a total rehab with all new appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Well water was creating rust stains in a short period of time in the appliances, sink, toilets, shower and bathtub. Plus the water was hard and smelled terrible. Installation went outstanding. On time and very efficient. From the office staff, sales rep to installation team, they did an excellent job. Our sales representative Chuck even called set an appointment a few days later to make sure we were clear on how everything worked. Water is soft, not rust and odor has dissipated. Highly recommend.

The Office Staff, Sales Representative and Technicians are all truly professional people who are a credit to Kinetico Water Systems of SW Florida. I have purchased two systems from them. On the last purchase I also bought a yearly Maintenance Program from them. On 2 August 2016 I had my first re-bed. The technician stated that my system was working great. I have never experienced any problems with both of the systems that I have purchased. I would highly recommend Kinetico Water Systems of SW Florida to anyone that I am associated with and stand by this recommendation to anyone that would be interested in purchasing a system from them.

After years of dealing with dry tangled hair, stains on our sink and showers, film on our shower doors and foul smeloing water that we wouldn't even give to our pets we finally starting researching water softener companies. Hands down Kinetico had the best reviews. We decided to give them a call and i was immediately impressed with Roger Himalstein, terrotory manager. He was very honest ans took his time explaining how their system worked. He did not pressure me to make a decision and presented me with quotes that were good for 6 months. We are so pleased with our new whole hiyse system and our k5 reverse osmosis for under the sink. We are seeing immediate results in the quality and taste of our water and my skin and hair are much softer.

When we built our house a year ago, a friend of ours told us about Kinetico. We said we didn't want to spend that kind of money. We were so mistaken! After only 6 months of the traditional well system softener and purifier of another company, we knew we had to switch. Greg West, the representative was very knowledgeable and so helpful in helping us make our decision. When the installers showed up a week later, they were courteous and showed us everything we needed to know to have a great water system. My wife and I are both loving the taste and feel of the water that comes through our house now. Being able to drink water from any faucet of the house is an absolute pleasure now. We showed Greg how we were already getting orange spots in the shower grout. Not only did it quit turning more orange, the new water helped with the cleaning and it is pure white again! No more bags of salt, no more reverse osmosis system under the sink, and no more filters for the refrigerator. This system will pay for itself in just a few months. Our dogs water bowls are nearly empty every morning now, so that even shows how much they like it too! If you are ever in doubt about this system, take it from me, "Mr. Skeptical", this will be the best investment in your home by far.

the system works fabulous. I had replaced my old water system two years ago with Kenetico systems for sulfur water and a water softener and a k5 drinking water system. Moved my old osmosis system to my bathroom. This year I bought another k5 and replaced the old osmosis system. There was no comparison. I live in SWFL and I would never know that from my water. My hair is again soft and no smell to the water. Office staff and service techs are helpful and nice. But to be honest I never have much contacts with them since my system always works. The system is worth the money. I had a cheaper system prior to this and I was repairing it most of the two years I owned it. Even when it worked it never worked like the Kinetico system. Fully recommend kinetico water systems of SWFL

I am pleased with the service from Kinetico. They are very thorough, polite and we like the system. Our water bill has been reduced by a few dollars since the system was installed and we no longer have to lug jugs. They are a responsible company and follow through on their jobs. I would recommend them.

Our previous Kinetico system was getting old. We were tired of replacing our fixtures due to the high content of salt in our water so we called Kinetico and they sent Rick Kelley out to discuss our options. Rick was very easy to talk to. We felt he was very knowledgeable and he only recommended what he really thought we needed. He did not try to upsell us at all. We now have a whole house reverses osmosis system and we love it! It’s not just my hair as the commercial says….it’s the great tasting, no smell water, the great water pressure and the great customer service and friendly employees that will keep us Kinetico customers for life.

Have used this company for 11 years in our existing home and been extremely satisfied. Just had them install a whole new system in a home we've just purchased and again everything went perfectly. All of our satisfaction is due to the service from Christine in the office, Darrell in install/service. They're both GREAT!
