Description of Work: We had a a c service who totally screwed up our system. Lied to us etc We called Julie Klein got everything taken care of with out any problems. Would rehire and reccomend in a heart beat. Why people stay with the same old AC repair people is beyond me

Description of Work: Juli was originally in contact with us when she worked with another company and that company was hired by us to install our new a/c system (complete with new ductwork). Yes our house was built 27 years ago. We liked her then so she started her own business we asked her to check our system and clean it each year..

Description of Work: I installed new AC system. First she came to my home to do an inspection. She took the time to explain my different options, and which one would be best for my home. this was not the most expensive system by the way. |before we even had our first appt., she came out on an emergency call to get my old unit up and running the day before my family came to visit.
