What an awful experience . Was given a written quote of $2480 with a required 50% deposit, upfront, of $1240, which was fine. Eight weeks later, on the day of installation, the cabinet doors had been cut down to the wrong size and had to be reordered so had to wait another two weeks to get the correct sized doors installed. At the completion of the door installation I was handed an invoice with a balance $82 higher than the original quote of $2480. The office staff had no explanation why the final invoice amount was different from the original quote. Seriously??? I waited 10 weeks for cabinets and then they jack the price by $82.00 with no explanation?!?! What a scam. The only bright spot was the installer, Mikey. Very nice young man and he did an excellent job with the install and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Beware!!!

Everything was great. Our designer, Jim D’Amico, was second to none. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made some great suggestions and did not try to oversell. Was very mindful of our budget. Installation by Hugo Sr, Hugo Jr and another gentleman went very well. Hard working, very neat and clean. Showroom staff very helpful and accommodating too. We were so satisfied we are having Inspired Closets do our garage renovation next month! Overall an excellent company from top to bottom.

The end result was exactly what we wanted, however it took multiple visits and frustration to get there. We already had base cabinets and wanted to match them with uppers. Pretty straight forward, so it shouldn't have been as hard as they made it.

Sean and Kyle and others who did the installation work on our extensive project were professional and responsible in getting the work done just right. Closet designer was professional and helpful with suggesting and finalizing designs. Proposal included both static pdf views as well as 3-D visual of final design. Installation was done in accordance with agreed to schedule with two installers showing up on time each day. Work was completed one day ahead of schedule. Since the work was being done in our living area, the installers did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. The workmanship was excellent with the final product meeting all of our expectations.

Installation was very good and professional. The design was done a little too quickly and we ended up having to add 3 more shelves mainly to accommodate shoes. The project was delayed into day 2 because the warehouse didn’t give the installer all the materials needed and he had to run back and forth to get them. Closet looks great now that the job is done.

Tech called on his way. They set up, removed old closet materials(wire racks) and installed our system with adjustable shelved,built in drawers and hamper. The installers were great and clean up their debris. Courtenay the design consultant had the best design of the three closet systems i had give a quote. She utilized the space in our closet to maximize its function. The scheduler Kara was also very helpful.I had a great experience from beginning to end.

Prior to installation, Chris came out to help me plan the design. He was incredible. Super professional, great personality, extremely knowledgeable. The ladies in the office were also great. Since production was a couple of months out, they set the install appt, but then followed up with me a week or so before the install date to confirm. Hugo and his helper were right on time, very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. He also checked in with me periodically to make sure that the pieces being put in place were set up as I wished. Every piece they installed looks perfect, and all drawers and pull outs work beautifully. Quality materials and workmanship.

Joe Gibson was patient, professional, and responsive. Took time to layout the design and reworked it several times until it was exactly what we needed. But assured us we could make adjustments if necessary. Installation was on time and they were professional and neat. I would highly recommend them!

Overall well. They will design what you need to what your budget allows. Their computer design program allows you to cycle through options pretty quickly. The only issues were minor. One was that there were several small dings in the finish after installing. The installers used pencil fillers to get rid of those and left them for future use. The other was that there was a miscommunication between the designer and the installer on how access to cable/electrical plugs were to be maintained. The latter was unaware of this. For the cable they had to drill a small hole in the bottom to snake the cable through so no real issue here. The other was an electrical outlet behind the bed which we did not want to drill a hole for that so we lost access to it. Luckily we have other plugs but keep this in mind.

I called Custom Closets and More and Bret came out. Within a matter of minutes, he measured the space, created a design on his laptop, and gave me a quote. We had the new system installed last week, and we LOVE it!!! It's very sturdy and makes use of every inch of space. We couldn't be happier!!!

overall quite well , only snags were curve around corner kitchen pantry shelves (5) arrived in wrong color so kitchen pantry was delayed which delayed part of our move in since we could not unload the pantry items on time, also a guest bedroom closet was not completed for a few more days due to installers not having one (1) hanging rod w/them, so some hanging clothes were left unhung until rod was delivered. Only real complaint is we had to follow up w/ the company to find out when they planned to correct the kitchen pantry shelve error rather than them calling us w/a definitive date for the problem to be solved. Other than those issues the closets came out great and Dianna Johnson , who helped us design the closets, was a delight to work with, very personable, professional, courteous, good follow up, however she can't control the material ordering process, installers and their schedule, so she cannot be faulted for any install delays and lack of follow up by company management and the installers. Installers are sub contractors, thats different than we were originally told. ( we have our own install staff) Installers were very courteous, neat, and professional however.
