Five stars for a problematic installation. My new security system utilized parts of the old system. It wasn't easy. Tom Land, my technician, magically found solutions to every problem he encountered - and never complained! His advice on where to place components was done with an eye to both convenience and esthetics. I couldn't be more pleased. I first hired Executive Electronics when we moved to the Cape 5 years ago. We hired them to install all of our components including security system, WiFi set-up, and our homes audio/visual equipment. They were prompt, professional and so knowledgeable on any of the questions I had. Since our first installation we have used them to reinstall/move all the equipment at our new home, and we have used them for several service related issues (new router, universal remote programming, etc). I love having a company that I can call for any tech related issues and knowing that they will always leave me with a smile on my face. I usually have Kevin as a serviceman because he also lives in the Cape, but I would ask for him even if he didn’t. He is great; I am certain the company feels lucky to have him on their staff.
