Terrible. I was given the wrong diagnostic that was gonna cost me almost $800. It wasn't even that. It was just a sensor that was replaced by a company called appliance discount center. Then the owner dared saying that I wasn't even their customer after I gave them a bad review in Google. Well, you can see the bill that is attached here so you can decide yourself.

Extremely happy with work done! Even removed old non-working ice machine to allow for more room in freezer, which was appreciated. Price seemed a bit high, tho we greatly appreciate having our 2nd refrigerator back!

Went extremely well. Robert was the tech who diagnosed problems, and came back to make the repairs. Long story, but I requested, and offered to pay for, FedEx delivery of parts from Samsung. Diamond obtained the parts within 24 hours, and did not charge me for overnight delivery. Can't ask for more than that. EXCELLENT OVERALL SERVICE! Of course would use Diamond on my next appliance repair of any kind. One other non-repair comment: my AV app on two different computers won't allow me to access their website, indicating there's a threat of some sort. Hope that can be fixed.

Paid $85 for first visit, which turned out to result in an incorrect diagnosis of the problem. Tech did not show up at agreed-upon time for follow up, and put me off to another day. Was treated rudely by owner when I called to ask about the missed date. I cancelled the postponed follow up, and used an alternative repair service.

Scheduled with one day of call, on time, prompt and friendly tech, provided estimate, and need to order part. Scheduler indicated there was a parts only potential warran - indeed upon report, the part was warranty. Diamond took care of all...only needed to provide the purchase receipt copy. Back two days later and replaced the cracker rinse aid container. Very pleased.

The icemaker was repaired at the first visit (the tech had the part with him) and had to order a second. I was given a date for the second part be installed. The tech arrived as scheduled, and fixed the temperature control issue. I was given a time window for each service, and they called 30 minutes ahead to let me know the tech was on his way, which worked out well. When the tech for the second visit was delayed, I was informed promptly, which was appreciated. Both techs were very efficient, professional and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

I could not have been happier with the experience. Pleasant, very honest young man. I highly recommend using their service. I will need another small part to accompany the heater. $85 service call is deducted from parts needed.

They came out almost immediately on a Saturday, and they were the only ones of the 5 places I called to even call back (didn't even get a call back during the work week). The guy was extremely helpful and said that he had seen this issue before with Whirlpool and advised replacing the fridge instead of wasting money on the repair. We took his advice and installed a new LG. Would definitely hire them again.
