Very solid and professional painting services. Recommended.

The job was not completed to our satisfaction. The paint was peeling off the bedroom ceiling within one day. Sam insisted it was not his problem. His comment was "You just paid me to paint the place, which I did" We assumed that when we pay to have a ceiling painted, we don't expect it to peel. When we told him he said "We would be completely satisfied" his comment was "that was just my sales pitch". We tried to work with him and offered money above the contract just to be done with it, he wouldn't accept our proposal. At this point, our job is not completed but we are not comfortable allowing them back into our home.

They showed up on time and completed the job to my satisfaction.Sam the owner must have called me 6 times to make sure I was satisfied. I would be very happy to recomend their services to any one . Thanks for having them on your list. William Hurter Naples, florida

I have used Herutage painthing and decoratings maid service for almost a year now. Thier servicee is UNBELIVEABLE!! Thay go above and beyond any outher service that I have used in the past. Did well with floors, but other expectations were not met. Did mirrors only 1/2 way up. Dusting was very spotty, many blinds were missed. Bathrooms were only partially cleaned There was a white residue left on counter tops that were wiped. I would never rehire.

They responded within minutes of my pressing the enter button. I was impressed with their very thorough cleaning. I don't think I have ever had a cleaning person ask if it was okay to move the refrigerator and clean under it. I have signed them up to clean every week. A very good experience.

Mr. Mazzola was very friendly and lived up to most of his promises. The man he introduced as his foreman did very good work and worked non stop from morning to evening. The rest of his crew would show up at various times of the day. They did good work but I felt that they were part time employees. They were very careful to avoid getting paint where it did not belong. Pretty expensive.

Sam and his crew are a wonderful group of painters who did an amazing job on our house. He knew that we had some time constraints and the team worked diligently to make sure we were able to move in. and after our floor guys did some damage to the paint, Sam sent someone to fix and touch up the area. This is how conscientious Sam is to his customer's needs and concerns. Not only that, Sam works with you directly to give you the best price so that you can stay within your budget. It was wonderful dealing with him and I will hire him again for future jobs.

Excellent service.....VERY good at clean-up. Difficult, nasty job completed in one day! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
