One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaning

The results were excellent and the experience was excellent as well!!!  Bobby and his assistant were professional, polite and personable.  Bobby explained he would give me an estimate and if I wanted him to clean my carpets, he would do that within one service call.  He called in advance to provide me a time frame and then confirmed when he was on his way. He had such respect for my time, which is sometimes unheard of from service providers.  His assistant went right to work once I approved the work based on the estimate.  We recently purchased this condo, which has beige carpets, and there were a number of dark stains as well as stains in the high traffic areas.  Once Bobby and his assistant were done, the carpets looked new, felt new and smelled of a wonderful orange scent.  I've had carpets cleaned in my house in the northeast and usually it's quite a while before you can walk on them due to the amount of wetness in the carpets.  Their claim of "one minute dry time" is accurate and the results are fabulous!!   I would highly recommend One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaners for carpet cleaning and plan to use them for my carpets in the future.  My only wish would be for a similar carpet cleaning experience in the northeast for my other home.  This company has established a very high bar for all their competitors.  Thank you Angie's list for another excellent service provider.  I'm so glad I joined!

I called Bobby and he and his associate came to my place to estimate the work. I wanted a dry cleaning process since Florida is so humid. Bobby measured my square feet and explained the process. I have over 550 square feet of carpet including stairs, hallways, three bedrooms and a large living/dining room,  and two area rugs. This process took a bit less than 2 hours. They said they would come between 10:00am and 1:00pm on the agreed day and he called me at 9:40 am to let me know they would be at my place at 10:00. After the written estimate I told them to proceed. Bobby asked me to turn on the AC. He said this would allow the citrus they used to circulate in my house and also freshen my AC vents. He suggested I leave the AC on for 2-3 hours after they left to continue the air freshening process. The carpet in all the rooms looks brand new. Furniture I asked to be moved was moved and then returned to its original spot. I did remove all knick-knacks from table tops to speed up the process. I also unplugged all my lamps for easy moving. I am very pleased with the process, Bobby and his team, and the look of my carpets. I will certainly call them again. My carpet was dry, as promised, when they left and I did not have to wear any booties while walking on the carpet. I did receive the 20% discount for Angie's List members.

Bobbly was able to fit us in on short notice.  Bobby came exactly when he said he would and explained exactly what he was going to do.  My white carpets came out looking fabulous and there was only a nice citrus smell that lingered for a day or two. I only wish I could find this same service in NY!

It went very well!  I told him that I wanted all 6 rooms done as well as the hallway.  He was very professionally and courteous.  We had some stains in the carpet and he worked on getting them out.  When he was finished he told us if we had an oops within 7 days he would return free of charge and remove it.  Not many carpet cleaning staff or owner would do.  We have had our carpets cleaned before by other carpet cleaners but I like this procedure the best!  The charge was more than I expected but you get what you pay for....as the saying goes.  The biggest compliment I could give Bobby is that I would hire him again.

Carpet was clean and dry right after the cleaning process with a clean orange fragrance.  The pile also felt really soft again after being cleaned.  He advised us the fringe would be difficult to clean completely.  The carpet was cleaned to perfection.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to use this company as I had a bad fall and fractured my hip in 3 areas, as well as a fracture in the groin area.  I have had to take it easy for quite a while but will possibly consider them still in the future.
I am also seriously thinking of selling my home, much to large for me, so will need to get the carpet in good shape before any move will be made.  I am a strong supporter of Angie's list, and have recommended it to a couple of  people who have moved into
my street.  I might add, when you are a "little" advanced in age it becomes difficult to get people or companies in home to do
helpful work, who don't take advantage of you not only price wise, but quality of work wise.  That is why Angie's List works for me!!!

Third time I have used them, I am handicapped and this truly dries in a minute I can use my walker and it is dry so it leaves no tracks from the walker.  This was very important to me.  I would with out a doubt recommend them to anyone.  You don't have to leave your home.  He showed me all the cat hair imbedded in each room he cleaned, each room was full even though you think you clean your rugs.  He was professional, courteous, took great pride in his work and put everything back exactly where it was before he moved it.   He was a true professional.

My experience with One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaning didn't go too well. He was halfway through cleaning and was having a hard time. So I told him, "If that's the best you can do, just go." So, he left. He didn't even finish the job. He advertises that he's a good carpet cleaner, but he couldn't do the job.

I have used them 3 times and plan to use them again in future.

I called this company after reading reviews on Angie's List. I liked that they were "green". My appointment was set up for the same week. When he arrived he told me the process and asked if his estimate was reasonable.We went over the spots on the carpet and furniture together.  He performed the job immediately. His time estimate was correct and the carpets were dry on the spot! The carpet looks great! He was very professional and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

We had our carpet cleaned with a dry technique. No water or shampoo is used and it's environmentally friendly. The carpets came out clean, they're not wet and it took a lot less time than the old wet method. The house had an orange smell for a few hours but that went away.

I actually used them once before and I went on Angies List to see if

they were listed and what others had to say, it had been awhile since I had used them, and I was beyond pleased with all the comments I read.

I heard about them through advertising.  What I like about them is that they don’t use any water, which I believe damages carpets.  It’s a dry service; they have chemicals they put on the carpet and they scrub the carpet with the chemicals in it and vacuum it up, and it does a beautiful job.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

The living room carpeting had roughly 50-70 spots on it, the master carpeting about 20 and the 3 small rugs had about 10-15 spots each on them. This was a very hard working man, I believe he is the owner of the company. He was most polite, very professional, however we really enjoyed talking with him too.

The owner came in, measured and gave an estimate and described the process.  I ok'd the price, left and came back 1.5 hours later and he was finished and it was dry enough to walk on and looked great.

I spent $100 on that service. The carpet is dried immediately and they take the dirt of better than anything I have ever used. The carpet also stays clean a lot longer. They came in and did what they said they would do. I liked them well enough that I will continue to use them. The quality of their work was excellent. They were just excellent and I loved them.
