Description of Work: My move was the worst experience ever, not because Two Men and a Truck, it was a closing on the house issue. They basically loaded their truck for me 2 and 1/2 times without damage to any of my items. The first issue they loaded all of my boxes and belongings in the truck and the closing was cancelled that night so they had to bring everything back and unload it. The next time they had half of my belongings in their truck and I get a phone call that the closing was once again cancelled, so they put everything back, finally we got a real closing date and they moved me from point A to point B without a problem except that we could not get into my new place when we got here but they went to lunch came back and we go the okay. They never complained in the office or did the drivers complain. They were very professional and felt bad for me through this ordeal. A Great company with the whole experience and very helpful office staff. The last amount paid was for the final move, it might of been a little more or less. I did have to pay for all the other moves but they were very understanding.

Description of Work: I hired 2 Guys and a Truck (in Miami) for a move from Midtown Miami to Palm Beach) several months ago, and was quite surprised that The 2 Guys were able to move a very large number of boxes, and furniture for my 1 bedroom apartment (likely equal to a 2 bedroom in amount of items), and in spite of the fact that there was only one elevator in operation, they did the work that would have taken at least 3 movers from any other company, in an expeditious and highly efficient manner. |They professionally wrapped up the furniture and we're very careful not to damage anything. They were courteous and had clean professional appearance. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use 2 Guys and A Truck again for any future moves.

Description of Work: the company was to pick up items for two homes. the start was at our apartment in delray fl. they were on time. the 2 men were polite but complained about the poor amount of pay they received hourly. I gave each one a fair tip due to their story. I gave them the tip before loading the truck. My items were put on the truck first and my son's last so they could come off first. the drop off for my son was in lake worth. On the way the driver, steve stated he needed to stop for gas, as I was following the truck. the truck did not get gas when he pulled into the gas station on lantana he backed the truck next to the building. they went into the store for some drinks, I went in to. They were suprised to see me and asked if I was going to follow them to my son's home. I said yes. The other mover said he needed the rest room and went out to use the restroom. I also needed the restroom and was allowed to use the owner's restroom as the outside ones were broken and in the process of being fixed. I went backed to my car and pulled it right next to the truck so I could see the driver steve. eric who went to use the restroom was gone for over 20 minutes and came from the back of the truck. we got to my son's place late so he had to go to work and left before his stuff was unloaded. Steve was in a big hurry when at lake worth stop and was hurring us to leave. I then followed them to my house in port st lucie. Now they were no longer in a hurry to leave. steve was on his cell talking about working for who ever was on the phone and was to start next week with eric. When my son got home from work he called me and asked why his one tupperware container was tapped closed and where were his 5 bottles of cologne and 3 brand new Invicta watches. The box was packed by me and had locking handles plus I watched steve put the container with the missing items in the truck right by the doors. eric was missing 20 minutes and came out of the back of the truck before getting in. I called the company told them that what was stolen, not one of the drivers said the box opened and stuff fell out nor said anything about taping it closed. The owner called and told me he told them to return the items but all they did was laugh at him and walked out, so he fired them. At this time I told him that steve gave me his cell number to do a side job but not to tell the people at 2 men and truck. Now the owner said he fired them for trying to steal work from his company and fired them. Bologna
