The oil change was performed in less than an hour without an appointment. They noted that I need two tires soon and were very plesant and professional.

I had no complaints. They did a good job. Everything went fine. They were very efficient and very quick. I will use them again in the future.

I have used these guys for a few years now for tires and maintainace on 2 cars. Always friendly. Always call for work authorization. Prices are fair. Always show worn parts that were replaced. I have never had a problem with work done. They have done minor adjustments to my wife's car no charge. Great help in selecting high performance tires Basically they are a repair facility that I fully trust..

I like them because of their pricing and if I get there early in the morning they can get it done within an hour or hour and fifteen minutes.

Immediately the contact employee told us that we would need a new tire without even looking at the tire because there would be "sidewall damage" from driving the car 1 mile from our home to the store. I said that the tire was not flat, and this person repeated that we would definitely need a new tire. I requested him to look at the tire, and he grudgingly complied and went out to look at it. He saw that the tire was indeed NOT FLAT, and simply low on air. He then checked the tire, and said that we would probably need a new tire anyway because the tire was too old (5 y.o.) even though the tread was fine. He also said that we would have to wait 2 hours before they could get around to it. I told him that we would not buy a new tire, and he stated that "he would have to speak with his manager because their parent company (Bridgestone) got sued by someone for just filling up a tire" or something like that. At that point, I told him we would go elsewhere and left the store. The employee was quite surly in his his demeanor and seemed like we were imposing on him in saying that we would wait while the tire was repaired. Additionally, from the time we entered the store, he was very assertive that we would have to buy a new tire. After leaving this place, we went to a Goodyear store on 20th St. in Boca, and they looked at the tire and told us they would repair it in about 15 minutes without any further discussion, which they did.
