He didn’t inflate the cost of the repair which I found with other pros I spoke to. He also proactively sent me his insurance details which I also appreciated. Very impressed with this company so far.

We had a brush from a DIY kit stuck in our dryer vent. I filled out a problem form online at 10:30pm. This was not an emergency but, I heard back from them immediately. We set up an appointment for the next day between 3:45pm and 5:45 pm. I heard from the technician, Charles at 3:24 and he said he would be here by 4 and he arrived a few minutes before. He set to work right away. He had to work in our attic in order to snake out the brush. FYI,the brush had been stuck in the vent for a couple of years so this was not an easy job. After Charles removed the offending brush, he took off the back of the dryer and vacuumed the heck out of it. He also vacuumed out the lint trap and safety tested it. We were very pleased with this company's response time and with Charles!
