Excellent, they were very prompt, courteous and professional. The price was also very nice. I shall recommend them among my friends.

I was impressed with the everything. There were 2 plumbers. They respected my home by wearing covers on their shoes at all time. They cleaned up after the work was done and left nothing behind! Both problems were solved and I wish I had hired this company first because obviously the job would have been done right the first time. Ross is simply terrific and runs an excellent company.

They were great, in fact amazing. Ok, I needed a hot water heater but the old one was 20 years old. They took care of everything timely, the work was top notch, and so easy to deal with. On time each time they came out (even early). On the follow up call there didn't charge me. Vito and Ross are my plumbers!!!

I came home to water streaming out my garage door around 5:45pm on Thursday. I called Ross of Terrano Plumbing & Remodeling and within 10 minutes he was at my house, inspecting the cause of the flood. The next morning, around 8:20am, his team was at my house with a new water heater. The installation process was very fast, only taking about 70 minutes. The guys that showed up to replace the water heater were polite and professional. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling!

Mike from Terrano showed up exactly on time, was friendly and polite and boy did he know his stuff! The removal of the old faucet was a little bit of a challenge but installing the new faucet was tough because of my farmhouse sink. The back lip caused all kinds of trouble with spacing but Mike confidently plowed through, creating a spacer from pvc, flattening one side, notching it to fit...all with a smile on his face. Quick, expertly done with a spic-n-span cleanup. GREAT experience! I'll be calling Terrano every time I need a plumber or my bathroom remodeled (coming up). BTW, before the actual visit, communication with Terrano was top notch!

This team is fantastic! We have hired Terrano in the past, and we would do it again! So happy with our decision! A recap of our situation is below. My husband and I were both really upset when the water company reported a potential leak. We first had another service provider out based on the recommendation from the water company. They were going to charge significantly more money with more destruction to my yard and property. In the back of my mind, I remembered we had Terrano out to our property before for a much smaller project. I reminded my husband, and he agreed we should call them. On a Sunday, we left a message not anticipating a return call until Monday. What a wonderful surprise when Ross called us back immediately! He set up an appointment for the following day, and the team arrived as promised at the scheduled time. Mike reviewed the situation and gave us his assessment and suggestions for resolution. Not only was the quote much less expensive than the original estimate we had received, they have a much more sophisticated process in place that did not require tearing up my driveway and front yard. We accepted the proposal on the spot and Ross worked quickly to get all utility providers out to my property to flag their lines. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and as promised. I have implicit trust in Ross and his team. I hope we never have another plumbing issue again. But if we do, I would definitely call Terrano.

First, Mike Richardson (who did the install) was prompt and ready to do his job. He did it fast and clean. He really enjoys his work and that's what I look for in people. Ross Terrano (the owner) has a stellar reputation and that's why I decided to give him a call for this installation. I am so please to find people who 1) have pride in their work 2) serve the customer to the best of their ability and 3) exceed your expectations for a job well done. I would absolutely use Terrano Plumbing again for my future needs. Well done!

Great! Liked and trusted Ross and his team. I went through 7 other plumbers with estimates but Ross was on point with estimate and did everything exactly as stated. He even called halfway through the job to keep me updated. I am living at another location while my home is being redone. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future

We recently bought a "fixer upper" that had more plumbing issues than we realized. Have used Terraro twice and have been very happy both times. First time was to remove a solar water heater and install a electric one. 2nd time was to fix leaking pipes in the laundry room. For both jobs they arrived early and got right to work. Had all necessary equipment/tools so they were able to handle things quickly and completed the work faster than estimated. Mike and Ross were professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They weren't the cheapest estimate but we have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. Terraro was worth every penny.

Ross Terrano is a throw back to the "good old days" when know-how and good service were the rule rather than the exception. He returns phone calls and messages promptly and explains things with great patience. He comes on time when scheduled. He prices a job fairly; he and his crew are knowledgeable and take pride in a job well done. Ross on more than one occasion has gone "above and "beyond" to respond to an urgent or emergency situation. Most recently the plumbing supply company failed to get the two toilets I ordered on time for the scheduled installation. Ross took the situation in hand and dealt with the company. He went to great lengths to change his schedule in order to get my job done within the time frame he had promised. And what a bonus-- he and his employees are really courteous, nice guys! It just doesn't get better than Terrano Plumbing!

Professional , prompt and pleasant. I spoke with Ross, the owner, on the phone and via email. He was always responsive to my many questions and always treated me with respect and was very professional and is a very nice person. I had 3 toilets replaced , I thought it would be a major headache, but it was a very easy experience thanks to Ross and the excellent crew. They wore booties over their shoes, were very careful and respectful of our home. Did a great job, quiet and clean and courteous. I give them 5 stars +++

Job was done exactly as we asked. Ross was fantastic with helping us turn our vision into a reality. They turned a guest bathroom with a walk in shower into a shower/tub combo with all new wall tile, floor tile, and new drywall where tile had existed before. Everyone that came to the house was very professional-cleaned up after themselves every day. They kept in close contact regarding scheduling and estimates dates for each step of the process. It was our first time remodeling anything or using a contractor and I think we must have had one of the best 'first timer' experiences ever. We truly have no complaints about anything done-Ross and the guys continued to come back and work until every detail was absolutely perfect.

It went well until one plumber did not fix a leaking hose spigot outside the house. The leak filled up the wall behind the kitchen cabinets and it became covered with mold. The company was called back and charged me to fix the leak correctly and claimed that the problem was mildew not mold. I had to call in a mold remediation company. All the kitchen cabinets had to be removed and new ones built and installed. It cost me over $10,000. I was angry that the company charged me to correct their mistake. I will not use them again and I will not recommend them. I do not even want to talk to them.

I called Terrano Plumbing at 9:30AM and he was at my home at 12:00 as promised. He work neatly and efficiently to fix my toilet. He explained what he would be doing and went about it in a very professional way. I asked him about the on/off handle that weren't working properly in both of my showers. He explained what would have to be done to correct the problem and how much it would cost to repair the both of them. We have used Terrano Plumbing for many years and will continue to call him as the need arises.

Ross arrived as promised and performed the work himself. He dug out the area in our lawn that was leaking and found the crack in the main waterline. He then replaced the broken section after turning off the main valve at the street. After the repair was done he filled in the hole, turned on the main, and then tested to make sure the repair held.

About 2 years ago, he also remodeled our guest bathroom and he did a great job. He is both professional and responsive. He stands by his work and is very trustworthy. I highly recommend him both for smaller and larger jobs. He is also a green plumber.

The service was excellent. Mr. Terrano came over the night before to temporarily stop the leak and determine what needed to be done. The job was completed the next day. It was done when he said it would be and at the price quoted the night before. He not only came over twice but because it was more involved and more things needed to be fixed I was suprised he did not charge me for this. He cleaned up after the job and made sure we tested everything before we left. He took pride in his work and my wife and I were very pleased.

Everything was perfect! Terrano Plumbing was extraordinarily responsive and answered my numerous questions quickly and thoroughly. After "shopping around", their price was the lowest. They took care of every aspect of the project by obtaining the permit and coordinating the electrician. On the day of installation, everything worked like clockwork! Terrano Plumbing was professional and I will happily use them again!

I attempted to hire him in December, called him constantly to try to receive an estimate and he would give me all kinds of excuses- thanked me for being patient. I finally got a number in February and it was three times what I ended up paying with another provider, who did an outstanding job. Ross was at my home twice in that two month span, and when we finally got the estimate over a week after his second visit, I was shocked at the rate, even worse he didn't give me a starting date with the estimate so it is likely that I could have still been waiting now for that work to be completed. I guess if it's just a plumbing job- that's fine. He told me he does remodeling and it ended up being a big job. He said there was not enough room for recessed lights in my family room. The group I hired put in 6 recess lights & said there was plenty of room. Everything is done. Just upset that it took him 5-6 weeks for an estimate and slowed down my whole project.

The service was very good. Because I live in a condominium, he had to get a permit to install it and that was $150. He also had to get a pan to go under it because the other pan is no good that was for $75 and another $75 for something. So, I paid $300 above the Angie’s List Big Deal cost. They were very good, professional, and did not make a mess. I would not hesitate to have them again.

Ross answered the phone (a live person!) on a Saturday afternoon, the day before Easter. He came out that same afternoon to address a water leak from the water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, neat, timely, courteous, and takes pride in the work he does. He was able to make the adjustments to fit a new standard into an old standard size slot, which was smaller. Ross is very patient and wants to do what is right for the customer. I have plans to hire Terrano Plumbing again for some other jobs that need to be addressed in the near future. I would recommend Terrano Plumbing to anyone.

you always need a plumber when something terribly wrong. they were punctual, came at once and did good work. the price was much higher than others, but i would have had to wait till the next day.
